Week 14 Gameday Bills at Buccaneers First Half thread

If the Bills are concerned about their future, even one bit, they should play Mitch the rest of the season. This line will end Josh's career with injuries. -

I did roll my eyes when he was crying to aref before he even landed on the ground after a clean hit

That's what makes me tempted to sever the emotional investment. If I was a lions fan, I would know ahead of time my team is bad. During the drought, I think buffalo had 2 or 3 different 5-2 starts only to collapse the rest of the season. Now the team (and some offseason media hype) had the fans expecting a much higher quality season than what is being delivered. The Bills give one just enough hope only to make the inevitable implosion that much more depressing.

This is the team that lost to Jacksonville after all. What did we expect? -
Also, a physical team wouldn't walk away like nothing happened when Gronk threw a flying elbow into the back of Tre's neck. Inexcusable

A physical team would have handled the Titans better.

Biggest, nastiest, best available O lineman with every pick. -
Bare minimum, I would love to see a massive, yet effective, investment/revamp to the o line. That will completely change the team. A bruising oline will make an average RB look much better. As a result they can sustain longer drives thus giving the defense more rest. I'm willing to bet the Bills could pass even better with better blocking and lesser WRs.

I agree the team is not physical enough, and gets bullied by toughguy teams, but bringing up AFL stuff from 60 years ago is silly.

No, because I didn't sail to America on the Mayflower.

You are getting very emotional over this. I never said the defense is bad. They have been very solid for the most part. I think we might disagree on what "legendary" means.
-
A "legendary" defense wouldn't allow the Titans to do whatever they wanted.

Most unbearable part of Jacksonville loss

The older I get, the more I think "best fanbase" is a useless title people with Stockholm syndrome cling to. They get very defensive whenever other Bills fans complain about the Bills, because it (Bills mafia) is the only "meaningful" thing in their lives. If you don't have the same passion as the folks who line up to kiss the teams ass at the airport, after a dumpster fire loss, it makes these fans feel threatened somehow. Thus you are not a "real fan". -
Hopefully a pack of Stockholm syndrome fans didn't greet them at the airport
