  1. I agree. And I also think winning a Super Bowl would help a lot of people see those 90’s teams in a better light.
  2. I kind of feel like this isn't a legacy that means anything, other than to the Bills and their fans. I mean the Bills weren't the best team in the league during any of those years, so how much pride can one take in a team that was, at best, the 2nd best team in the NFL for each of those years? IMO any team that wins one super bowl has already eclipsed anything those 90's Bills did.
  3. That still hurts... How much would Brandon Graham cost? I’d prefer to spread the cap money around.
  4. When was that again?
  5. It’s the NFL, nepotism is strong, stronger than results.
  6. Beane said Shady is coming back, and he doesn’t seem like a guy to go back on his word without cause. So unlike most disagreements, we should have an answer after next season as to Shady’s ability...I’m rooting for him and you.
  7. Shady wasn’t hit immediately at the hand-off in most cases, he refused to hit the hole (however small or fleeting), IMO. http://www.espn.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/123542/inside-slant-running-back-cliff-after-age-27 Here’s an older article I found that presents the data. The RB age cliff has been discussed for years in fantasy football, there are lots of articles on it. I was only aware of an infraction, didn’t know what it was for. Either way, I don’t recommend paying a guy top dollar for his locker room presence. But it seems like Beane has already committed to Shady so we shall see what he has left.
  8. RBs fall off a cliff production wise at his age. So it’s not “forgetting how to play”, but it’s the same result. Didn’t Shady get benched last season? Doesn’t jive with the “great in the locker room” narrative.
  9. I fail to see where the outrage comes from, but then again, I also realize that Allen has the potential to be boom or bust still.
  10. I see your point. I was rooting against them today and will in two weeks but I don’t hate them, I respect the hell out of them, to be honest. It would definitely be different if the Bills had been even remotely competent over the last 20 years, but sadly they haven’t. About the only positive in the Bills ineptitude has been that I can enjoy watching the greatest player ever without hating him. Here’s to hoping that in my lifetime the Bills figure it out.
  11. Yeah, the only game of the year that casuals pay attention to and me, a die hard football, is gonna sulk and skip it? I think not, kind sir.
  12. Whatever, gotta give NE credit, especially Edelman there with those 3rd down catches. Go Rams
  13. Playoff OT should not end like this...a ***** coin flip
  14. Definitely a weird toss, it barely rotated.
  15. Chiefs win and BB, Brady and Gronk retire! Let’s pop some bottles!
  16. Well that PI makes up for the RTP from last drive.
  17. I think that seems fair. Let’s go Mahomes!
  18. Either way, both games end in controversy. Crazy.
  19. Agreed, but the NFL will puss out.
  20. He didn’t touch it but I won’t feel bad when the Pats get *****. What a a nightmare for the NFL...first the missed call in the Saints game and now replay clearly shows he didn’t touch it but the NFL will be too scared to overturn it. Both games ruined by the league, lmao.
  21. Chiefs should run the Pats out of the stadium, they are so much deeper. My biggest concern is the poise of the youngsters, but hoping Reid has them grounded. Im hoping Ware makes some big plays, he’s my wildcard. Go Chiefs!
  22. You got me, I should have said another Panthers connected addition. Now that we’ve cleared that up, does my point still ring true?
