  1. CB Marshon Lattimore would be my choice, if he was gone Jonathan Allen all day long.
  2. At 10, not a chance imo, trade back scenario in the 20's and it's a great move.
  3. Here's an actual article that can debunk your 4th qtr comeback stats on the exact same subject of Aaron Rodgers and explains why his 4th QTR comebacks are so low, it's all just opinions. Comparing Tyrod Taylor and Aaron Rodgers in the same breath is ridiculous all on it's own but what the heck, nothing better to do while my son is watching videos.
  4. Seems like he has potential to be a great player, I don't see us taking WR that high just my opinion. I wouldn't hate it if he were the pick but to me this is a great chance to possibly snag our QB or improve the defense tremendously.
  5. We've only taken a QB in the 1st round twice in a 17 year drought, at what point do we change this philosophy? Every year is a better year, I'll bet money there is a franchise QB in this draft. Identify him and lets draft our future franchise guy. I was never a fan of Watson, I have stated I feel it's like getting Tyrod Taylor all over again but when you sit back and watch him and his body of work, the guy is a fierce competitor, he thrives in the biggest games and you can tell he wants to be the guy that wins the game for you on the final drive, I really like alot about him, I think he'd be a great locker room player also, just my opinion.
  6. RD 1- DE Solomon Thomas- Stanford You take the best players available and find places for them to play. Having a rotation of pass rushers in a division with Tom Brady isn't bad at all. RD 2- CB Fabian Moreau- UCLA Good size (6'), good speed (4.35-40 time), physical and tackles. All good traits to have. RD 3- QB Nate Peterman- Pittsburgh I don't think we'll waste a pick on Chad Kelly, I do see us going for a QB in the top 3 rounds and I see Peterman or Kaaya here. I went with Peterman because the Bills worked him out and also had him in for a private visit, there is still time for Kaaya but I think the Bills have targeted Peterman to backup Taylor or at least compete for a backup spot just my opinion. RD 5- WR Chad Williams- Grambling State It's no Kutztown State but it's close, he flashed his speed , hands and route running ability at the Sr. Bowl. He's not huge but gets the job done. RD 5- WLB Duke RIley- LSU He is the weakside LB were looking for, he's fast, physical and although sometimes loses focus in coverage, coachable. RD 6- RT Brad Seaton- Villinova He will battle it out for the RT position in training camp. He's a monster at 6'8", It could be a stretch that he falls this far but I think he's a solid prospect in this draft.
  7. You know what happens Fox Sports? You know what happens when you list Ryan Tannehill above Tyrod Taylor, you stupid idiots................. YOU JUST MADE THE LIST!!!!
  8. If all QB's are on board and we select another player/ trade down, Whaley and our scouts better hope no QB turns into a franchise player, it will only cement what most of us already know about Whaley.
  9. Those are all your opinions and you're entitled to them but I disagree, Sherman is elite and in his prime still, a better scheme fit for alot of these players and Sherman in the cover 3 with S help would be a monster here.
  10. It all depends on who falls, If a Jonathan Allen or Solomon Thomas are there for us even though we have Jerry Hughes and SHaq Lawson I would have to believe they would be the best player available for us.
  11. Good stuff man but the 49ers have taken a DE in each of the past 2 seasons so I'd say S Jamal Adams or CB Marshon Lattimore are more at play there than Thomas.
  12. If we are thinking CB at 10, I'm giving that pick all day to the Seahawks for Sherman, he is a great fit at a very reasonable price and still has a good 3 years left of his prime years, give or take imo.
  13. We play the Pats twice a season and most teams win with solid defense, to ensure we have a solid rotation of great pass rushers draft DE Solomon Thomas from Stanford. Denver won a SB basically with QB management and a vicious pass rush... Draft Thomas then you have Williams/Dareus on the interior DL with Washington backing them up and Lawson/Hughes and Thomas in rotation at the ends. We don't have a franchise QB but we could have a dominant defense to make up for it, draft a CB in round 2 ( A guy like Moreau from UCLA, King or Lewis).
  14. So the Bills have Cardale Jones as backup? Terrible idea imo, a rookie QB in the 1st 3 rounds is a must imo.
  15. IMO the WR group as a whole is pretty weak and we had the lowest passing offense in the league, we just signed 2 FB and are gearing up for a run heavy season yet again maybe mores o than last season, not sure how taking a WR at 10 makes much sense other than "were thin" but that's just me.
  16. I'm not saying me by any means but I'm sure there are and know of many good number crunchers, it can't be rocket science although math to me sometimes feels like that but to the guy who works with numbers all the time I think it would be natural for them regardless if behind a computer ( where I think Overdorf is most of the time anyways) but that's just my opinion.
  17. https://youtu.be/7m7njvwB-Ks I'm old school, Pantera will always be the ****.... RIP Dimebag Darryl
  18. If it's player for player trade I'd be ok with it but Whaley is not good at drafting, so we'll trade our best asset and hope the guy who isn't good at drafting all of a sudden becomes good? I don't like our odds.
  19. I'm not a fan of Ruben Foster, especially not at 10... I think the best WLB is Zach Cunningham from Vanderbilt imo, again he's not a top 10 but I'd love him in the 2nd round for sure.
  20. CB is the most glaring need, would have been BPA with either Lattimore/Sidney Jones at 10, since the Jones injury I don't think we have a shot at Lattimore, to me there is not a top 10 CB other than Lattimore, This is why I think this team takes Peppers unfortunately as he has the versatility to take on 2 positions of LB/S and most likely see him as the Thomas Davis of this defense.
  21. Zay Jones or Chris Godwin in the 2nd would be ideal, the more it looks like it the more I see this team taking Jabril Peppers, against my wishes of course, I can see McDermott thinking he just landed his Thomas Davis, maybe he's right or maybe not, we shall see though.
  22. If we take a QB, he will sit for most likely 2 seasons behind Taylor unless Taylor gets hurt or fails miserably imo.
  23. People can blow this off, most don't understand that the great teams use this system to help build the roster, The Ravens and Pats work the compensatory picks like nobodies business and they've won SB's, not saying because of some 3rd or 4th rounder but every little bit helps. Of course I'd rather resign player X but if not then getting compensated at least something lessons the blow at least a little bit.
