  1. Too bad...he came in with a decent attitude. Now with him gone and MVS looking like stone hands again, we're starting to get a little thin at WR? This is why I wanted that 2nd drafted wr (Franklin) last April.
  2. Shut him down until 9/8...let him rest and pray he doesn't get hurt against the Cardinals....
  3. Tyreek might beat him in the 40 but would get smoked in the 100.
  4. I won't deny it would've been real helpful to have better overall coaches from top to bottom during that 90's run. No excuse not getting at least 1 with all these HOFers. Chuck was an idiot and an extreme buffoon, but Marv's incessant war stories and mottos could've been replaced with actual strategy. It's no different now with McD's process/ culture overwhelming any semblance of a strategic advantage.
  5. Yup, I'd sign Wilson over Trubisky/ Beuchele combined.
  6. That was his one and only good season(2018). He put up decent numbers in 2020 but way below 18'. Like many here have said, if we need him for more than a couple games, then the season is already over. I thought Milton would've been a very cheap player you could develop as a solid backup to Josh. But we keep signing these vet "retreads" like Barkley, Keenum, Kyle A or Trubisky. When in theory we should've already drafted a good 5th/6th round backup. Oh well?
  7. I think after watching Trubisky, it's officially time to land a young, promising #2.
  8. LB's- slight improvement if Milano & Bernard stay healthy. QB, RB, TE, CB - all the same as I don't see any drastic drop off or improvement in any of these groups. DLine, S, Wrs- of these 3 the safety room is my biggest concern. Not sold on Hamlin at all and hoping Bishop can get up to speed soon. Von will not achieve what Floyd did last season. AJE still drips of mediocrity. The DLine will be the teams 2nd biggest issue. I think there will be a small drop in receiving efficiency, BUT I can see Josh eventually developing very good chemistry with Samuel, Shakir & Coleman. OL- TBD?
  9. A lot of good our safety leadership did us in the playoffs v KC/ Cincy. I want athleticism, speed and the ability to make splash plays.
  10. Coleman....speed & winter wardrobe.
  11. I'm actually good with your top 6 wrs. Keep MVS and unleash him in the playoffs. Stick Claypool on the PS. I think Hamler will be our returner. We'll have plenty of reliable possession receivers.
  12. Relax guys...we're hardly doomed. I used the term snakebit because we've run into a little bad luck. I know we have depth but it's also alot of unproven "new player" depth. We need all hands on deck so McD can determine the best 53.
  13. Way to take the term snakebit and exaggerate it into doom. Jesus, get a grip.
  14. Well so much for Claypool & Bishop having an impact this year. I swear this team is snakebit.
  15. When is Claypool's toe going to heal. This kids NFL clock is about to expire.
  16. Josh is so incredibly smart and polished when it comes to media "bait" questions. Just another part of him that makes him legendary.
  17. Did Tremaine make any splash plays 😁
  18. Dropping 4 td passes last year was a huge red flag. He's gotta start focusing.
  19. Play Allen a quarter in both Bears/ Steelers games. No more than that. There's just too many new wrs to risk losing early chemistry and timing. Week 1 is usually a struggle for him.
  20. MVS has made a career at dropping passes.
  21. I look great on the driving range.
  22. Could you imagine a healthy Tre, Von and Matt over these last 2 seasons. I've never seen an organization with a more snakebit defense.
  23. This is true. His career XP% is 97.6 which is excellent. But his career playoff XP% drops to a mediocre 89.7%. Again during clutch playoff moments his numbers drop?
  24. The reason I know this ridiculous top100 is completely invalid rests in watching Tyreek's reaction when he found out. It was if he won the SB. My homies love me. If you want a legitimate ranking just have coaches vote.
  25. Let's see what happens this season. You can't deny his career 84% is mediocre and would rank around 22nd in the NFL. His career deep kicks (50+) are at 63% which is also mediocre. But the most glaring problem would be his career playoff 70%. If you kicked 70% during the regular season, you probably be out of the league or ranking around 30-32. These are career numbers for a guy who just got a very generous extension. I don't want him to be a scapegoat. I want him to succeed, but he's gotta prove he can make clutch kicks.
