  1. Hollins looked so damn slow on that pass.
  2. Why not a play action on 1st down. We'd run the ball on multiple plays. Brady is struggling....
  3. Our passing offense is terrible.
  4. ....we worried about separation issues and they're here.
  5. This pocket is collapsing immediately
  6. Yeah, Sam usually has a shelf life of 4-5 games.
  7. "Youse can't stop me"
  8. If we can't call a few more heavier boxes (8%) and stop Akers, we don't deserve to win. The Texans will likely force the ball to Diggs so we need to take advantage of that strategy.
  9. Alot of what you wrote is true. But remember, just because you show "accountability" doesn't mean you're not going to make more mistakes down the road. We've witnessed this with Sean. Josh deserves to be surrounded by better coaches. How that happens I frankly don't care anymore. Going 8% heavy box against Henry was pure stupidity. I don't care if we were down several players. That trick play call (design) was reprehensible. Josh still deserves a better OL. He deserves the same kind of weapons Tua & Burrow have enjoyed. In 2018, 2019 and 2024 Josh didn't even have a WR1. When will this organization take their chips and go all-in for Josh?
  10. I just have no long term confidence in Hamlin, Rapp or Lewis. Hopefully Bishop takes advantage of this opportunity and never looks back. Shouldn't Edwards be ready soon? And I'd like to see Cine get some snaps.
  11. The sheer fact of how embarrassing that play was drawn up, puts him far from the genius category. The D wasn't prepared or in the proper alignments and the offense looked flat out confused. It's not time to panic on Brady, but if the OL doesn't sustain protection and these remaining wrs don't get some separation, it will be Josh running for his life all over again.
  12. "Wherefore art though Romeo"....I'd prefer Cooper for mentorship and consistency but a Doubs acquisition wouldn't be terrible. He's only 24, 6-2/205. His 40 is a little slow near 4.50....who knows? He did have 8 tuds last year.
  13. I will always blame McD more than Beane. There is no way on planet earth that Beane's draft selections aren't influenced by McD. The neglect of wr draft capital over the last 7 years speaks volumes as to the marginal support Josh has received compared to other teams. Just because he's Superman doesn't mean you should focus more on defensive players.
  14. Embrace the yearly mid season swoon...even if it is a little early this year.
  15. Yes, I found that very odd too?
  16. We can't be aggressive in FA because we wasted 140M on Von. Our coaches (McD/ Babich) continue to make dumb mistakes like not going heavy box against Henry. Or Brady drawing up the worst trick play ever. We're now starting our 3rd straight year of excessive injuries. I don't buy the fact that this is just bad luck. Some of these things are preventable. I want Ben Johnson as a HC, but it's never going to happen. I wanted a 2nd wr drafted last April, but it wasn't going to happen. This organization is going to have to decide real fast to either spend their resources around Josh or continue to attain a bunch of under performing injury prone defensive players. Thank God the afce sucks this year.
  17. We're very fortunate that the AFCE teams are bad this season. We obviously have to use that to our advantage waiting for several players to return. Maybe this whole damn season will be one big "load management". Maybe everyone is healthy going into January? But then again maybe pigs will fly?
  18. Funny and true. Seriously we will most definitely have to win a high scoring game. Players like Kincaid, Coleman and Samuel must step up. And Cook will have to explode early. Have Von, Ed, Matt, Terrell and Taron out is flat out ridiculous. Win or lose, we're giving up at least 28 in this game.
  19. Maybe they're just self load managing themselves? Who knows, but @Savage is right there have been a few more injuries to top players than usual. Are conditioning staffs doing something wrong?
  20. Koo's at 86%. Bass is @ 75%. Koo has made 5 kicks beyond 50. Bass has 1. I think I'd take my chances with Koo. Bass is a couple more misses away from being released, even with that dead cap hit. He's struggling with mental confidence.
  21. Well he may have to pull off a similar deal for Torrence.
  22. Well if Mitch had to babysit him, he must have not been very good last year either. Isn't he ranked last in the league (pff) at RG?
  23. Our stupidity to sign Von and not draft a 2nd wr is what's killing this team.
  24. They're feeding them the crap Sean is spewing.
