  1. Hate the lack of speed from these guys. Hate the RPO because both qb and rb are starting from a dead stopped position. The rb has no momentum attacking whatever hole is available.
  2. Daboll fell into this trap and now Dorsey is doing it too. At least Ken is taking some pressure off JA with all the dumpoffs. We've just never committed to good run blocking olineman or dynamic RB's. I have zero faith in us ever converting a 3rd & 1 or 4th & 1 without Josh having to do some stupid acrobatic play. If you want to enjoy 17's services for the next 10-12 years these coaches better figure it out.
  3. Van Roten cannot be allowed to ever snap the ball.
  4. Milano always has and always will be our best LB.
  5. Can we just start a billboard campaign encouraging Sean to hold his time outs till the end. It should never come down to spikes but I'm sure they'll be working on that in practice this week.
  6. Pay Rhodes and Collins 1M each. That's more than they'll make sitting on the couch. We need help immediately and God knows when Tre, Dane and Poyer will be 100%. Jaquan's 29 pff wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement.
  7. Williams is a motivation issue. When he wants to, he's good, but most of the time he plays like he just doesn't care. Mongo's primary talent involves getting in scurmishes. Here's where a healthy Teller would be amazing if still with us.
  8. I agree, we're in no position to be picky. We need veterans, not newbies learning on the job. Now call Landon Collins.
  9. Same age as Hyde & Poyer. Hired!
  10. There's a reason Leslie will probably never get hired as a HC. Besides his obvious ultra conservative style, his obsession with "prevent" in long yardage situations has burned this team multiple times. 13 seconds was classic Frazier, as was 3rd & 22. He hates to blitz even though he has above avg DE pass rushers everywhere. When 4 of the 8 you drop in coverage are green, put your faith in the Dline Sean drafted. It was an insanely stupid call.
  11. Let me see. McDermott is a defensive coach who has historically drafted defensive players higher than OL while with the Bills. He tells Beane where to lean. This is well documented.
  12. Betters always move the line. When they see the volume of players out. I just don't see it holding at -3.5.
  13. It's still holding at a cool 70° at gametime with 58% chance of scattered rain. Wind 12mph. There won't be any heat issues in this game.
  14. They will when they see our injury report. -3.5 will eventually be -2.
  15. Isaiah had a clear path to the 45 ob marker which would've stopped the clock around 6-7 seconds. But he tried to go upfield closer to the 40 which got him run down. At least at the 45 Bass could've attempted a 62 yarder.
  16. Some of the Mafia are adorable. In the same breath they want national love and respect and all the prime time games and SB predictions that go with it. But at the exact same moment they want to lay low, stay under the radar and sneak up on teams. Can't have it both ways.
  17. I actually posted in the haiku thread and I never do that. Never again....also had a UCLA Bruin T -shirt under my Allen jersey....Never again.
  18. Me Mongo...not bright
  19. There's supposed to be an NFL medically trained specialist at every stadium to test the player. This whole back issue lie is pathetic. The NFLPA will delve deep into this.
  20. We're not going to get back recovered players as fast as we're losing them. I've never in my life seen this many guys hurt after week 3.
  21. It won't be McD's call. Dorsey will have to aggressively convince both Sean and Brandon that this organization has to turn a corner emphasizing a better OL and RB group. I've been lobbying for this for 3 years. As Herculean as Josh is, it's absolute crazy town to put the entire offense on his back.
  22. Spencer played terrible as did Van "Completely" Roten. Saffold struggled again. Mancz had to relieve Roten and Q filled in admirably for Spencer until that late random holding call. Bates got hurt so only starter standing was Dion. Unbelievably brutal. Tommy on IR. Time to go dumpster PS diving.
  23. Jaquan's strength is tackling, not speed or coverage. PFF was a little rough on him but it wasn't his best effort. Gotta get Poyer back soon.
  24. Nothing like having 50% of your roster injured when you've been anointed SB favorite. Yay
