I'm fine with a dynamic rb as long as its during his 5 yr rookie deal. Most of our money will be wrapped up on Josh, Von, Tre, Stef and eventually Ed & Dawson. We're not going to have the money. As MAJBobby said, it's much more of a 11 personnel passing league. It's ok to want a compelling RB but it doesn't have to be a #1 priority.

Agree....if we lose Bates, it will be Green or Johnson. And if Bates stays, we probably go Booth (if he falls) or McDuffie. Having 2 olineman on a rookie deal would be very helpful.

Patterson would've been able to be a return guy. Shenault at 4.59 can't. There's really no place for him. We need speed.

I would be thrilled with alot more 12 personnel. Keeps pressure off JA. Improves the run game and play action.

If you want him (which I do) you better be prepared to select at 33-37. He'll be gone after that. So we either trade down or up.

I'm going to rule out his rookie year because he's so young and raw. And I'm also going to assume that the majority of Bills fans will admit that his strength is pass coverage. Both zone and man. I'm not going get into any run stop arguments. So looking at his last 3 years in pass coverage stats we have: 2019 QB Rating- 76.1 Y/Tgt- 5.1 2020 QB Rating- 114.3 Y/Tgt- 8.5 2021 QB Rating- 106.1 Y/Tgt- 8.4 So what happened from 2019 to 2020 that created this huge drop in his pass coverage? I've heard the theory that a weaker DL might have contributed. Maybe there's some merit there. Star didn't play in 2020. Also we went from 44 sacks in 2019 to 38 in 2020. We'll know with Von Miller, a 2nd year Groot and improved DT play if Tremaine's coverage numbers improve back to his best season (2019). It's also his contract year so he'll be motivated. We'll know everything we want about 49 this season. Good or bad. I've never been of fan of his play but I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

If this is true, the Lord works in mysterious ways. I will praise St. McKissic forever. 😀

He's hardly a JAG. He's done nothing but come in when needed and played admirably at LG, RG & C. If you can sign him for that extra 1.5 just do it. Or else we'll have to draft Zion Johnson @ 25? No CB or WR.....

Yes these are exciting times. Wish Star and his family well but this organization is not messing around. Produce or we move on. Players are usually whipping boys for a reason. The only obvious ones left are Edmunds, Ford & Haack. Wouldn't shock me if we draft Araiza. Its SB or bust.
