I'd been better off buying a bunch of black Friday crap I didn't need. -

Rodgers won 2 MVP's because Rodgers is the OC. -

That was as stupid as our hail mary last week. Completely unnecessary. Save them for the end of the game. -

Random talking head says something about the Bills

Simms and Florio are both right. Josh has not gotten the offensive support that he deserves. And yes he needs to transition from a good soldier to a good general. -
The only way to really get Josh to his real potential ceiling is to get him an offensive HC who will fill the holes McDermott has neglected.

The ship has sailed for both Knox & Davis. Shakir will absorb the majority of Gabe's targets and Kincaid the same from Knox. Dawson will still be used to babysit Spencer but he's never seeing TE1 targets again. Josh always had the talent to be elite, but Dorsey proved a bad OC can ruin him. Hopefully Joe is the answer? Cook just needs to work on fumbles and Beane needs to work on drafting Odunze.

Week 12: Buffalo Bills vs Philadelphia Eagles

At least none of our remaining players will be injured and IR'd Thursday... -
No..... Hopefully with Brady's offensive concepts and a dynamic WR2, Josh will reach one final level. He's been averaging 43 total tds these last 3 seasons. He's on pace for another 45 tds this year. So he's done all this with basically an inconsistent run game and no true WR2. So yes he's capable of a 50 td season. As long as he can cut way down on turnovers which loses him possessions. The ball is in Beane's court.

I like Hines more than Harty because of his return abilities, but we now have nearly 19 M wrapped up in 2 players we rarely use. The lack of contribution last season (besides the NE tds) was all on Dorsey. Hopefully he returns at least 90+% next season. And I'd recommend sueing the crap out of that guy.

The toughest thing to swallow is the "judgement" calls. They can be ignored or enforced, depending on the mood of the crew or maybe some gentle NFL steering. I've been saying this for years. It doesn't even involve a conspiracy narrative more than its about an NFL business model. We all saw for 20 years Brady get preferential calls. But of course, they needed him for revenue. The same gentle "steering" now favors Mahomes for the same reason. Certain penalties need to be adjusted. The punishment has to fit the crime. Within 3-4 years I guarantee you home plate umpires will no longer be calling strikes. And at the risk of lengthening the game, technology needs to be used more aggressively in the NFL. Refs can't even spot the ball accurately. All we ask is be fair and get it right.

Week 12: Buffalo Bills vs Philadelphia Eagles
LABILLBACKER replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
This may sound wierd (conspiracy) but at 9-1 I think the refs will be less likely to give Philly favorable calls. With all the qbs going down, the NFL wants as many big name (market) qbs going into the playoffs. It wouldn't surprise me if we get a couple calls we don't normally get. The Eagles can easily absorb an L. We cant....who wouldn't want Mahomes, Allen, Lamar & Lawrence as your AFC Final 4? Just a gut feeling?? -
Week 12: Buffalo Bills vs Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are somewhat vulnerable yet they know what they're good at and they execute. We absolutely have to get out and score early. Continue building confidence back into Josh. Just like last week don't obsess with Diggs. Spread the ball all around and use Cook aggressively as a runner and receiver. No more hail marys unless it's the last play. Hopefully Murray, Johnson & Fournette get a few touches. No more predictability....use everyone. Defensively just keep battling. Pressure Hurts and save enough in the tank for a 4th quarter stop. -
He's not going to be leaping over guys or running crazy in open field much longer. But right now allow him to do Josh things. Keep the designed runs to qb draws or bootlegs. There will be a time where the pocket will be his new home. Just not yet. Let me enjoy this unicorn a few more seasons, and then we can turn him into Stafford.

We need to take care of business and keep hoping for Steeler, Texans & Browns loses.

When Kelce retires, Mahomes is going to be in a world of hurt.

Eagles win but Hurts looked terrible.
