  1. I'm all about optimism but there's 0% chance Miami is losing to the Titans or Raiders. We better find another path.
  2. Yeah it's highly doubtful Tre, Poyer and Hyde are back. We rode 2 amazing safeties for as long as we could. And Tre just ran into a world of bad luck. Gotta get young, fast dbs.
  3. That was a good block by Odell. Embarrassing refs
  4. These 2 will continue to get injured.
  5. I don't care if his name is Marsha Brady as long as he turns this offense around.
  6. I'll give him and the team 2 more loses, but a 9-8 season or worse is unacceptable.
  7. Great and very accurate list. Now can you hurry up and email this to Joe.
  8. Not a terrible idea. Anything to get Gabe off the field. Hopefully Joe scrubs that shotgun draw too.
  9. Week 11, this is who you want to win: Bills Ravens Browns Cardinals Titans Raiders Packers Vikings Eagles
  10. I totally agree. Mentally he's clearly lost a level of focus. And I'm not going to list all the possibilities as to why. Only Josh can do this. He's getting conflicting messages from every direction. Brady has to slow him down some. Simplify the offense and reduce turnover situations. The biggest objective from here on out is somehow re-establishing confidence in himself. And I'm not talking about the whole team giving him a big hug. This has to come from Josh, with a sprinkling of help from Brady.
  11. I'll say one thing, the only drives against Denver that relied heavily on running resulted in all 3 of our tds. Whether Josh likes it or not, we have to run more. If for no other reason than take pressure off 17. The problem is we have a weak run blocking OL.
  12. They all said it and they're right....if you have to call a players only meeting, the season is done. "Start making tee times"....
  13. Odunze has to be the pick. Not in that order
  14. Exactly....I guarantee you there were more people in that locker room other than Diggs who wanted to blow up.
  15. Yeah, I'm probably only keeping Beane around long enough to select a quality offensive HC....Hopefully he doesn't Elam that job....then he's gone in 2025.
  16. ....but at least he ends the press conference like all the others with the tried and true "it starts with me"....which is code for "I'm still here suckers".
  17. Our defense is amazing in the 2nd/3rd quarters. But the 1st & 4th are trainwrecks. I don't know what the answer is to that but it's been going on for awhile. That's why it's so important to win the toss, pray you don't turn the ball over and score first.
  18. So Shaw let's say for the sake of argument that Brady turns out amazing. Sean gets this one right like Daboll. How does that help us eliminate McD's bonehead game day mistakes. Or maybe Brady will turn Josh back into a confident elite qb and the offense will start scoring 30 again? That will at least mask the never ending mistakes Sean's bound to make in the future.
  19. No he hasn't....Sean is just as culpable to this situation as the poor performers he's had to dismiss. This reeks of desperation.
  20. Exactly....in I'm a manager and I hire 5 people who all require to be dismissed due to performance issues, I'm probably going to be in jeopardy myself from my superior. Look in the mirror Sean.
  21. I've been giving arguments for him to get fired since 13 seconds. I'm tired trying to convince the hard core McD supporters to "see the obvious". And why is it when over 80% of Bills fans now want him replaced, that becomes a mob mentality?
  22. Ok Simon why don't you recommend we re-sign him next year.
  23. I agree with all this but at my age if you think I'm waiting around another 15 years for things to change you're crazy.
  24. I just can't see how he can screw this up. Let's say he fires McD after the season but decides to keep Beane. Brandon can't possibly ignore quality OC's like Ben Johnson, Brian Johnson, Bobby Slowick or even Harbaugh? There's quality out there who would love a chance to coach up a young Josh Allen. Now if Terry fires both guys, who knows what will happen?
  25. I think the players have completely "tuned out" the process. He started losing the locker room when Diggs blew up. Josh didn't want to make waves so he kept quiet and rather than throw Dorsey under the bus, he played good soldier. Now things are worse. Dorsey leaving will not solve the long term problem. Process & Culture...humble & hungry....and whatever other slogan you want doesn't fly anymore. And only Terry can fix this.
