  1. Maybe they are. I’ve never had seats in that section.
  2. Good point. Am I the only one who misses the bench seats? Always enough room in those.
  3. No, not really though I don’t prefer it. This isn’t a new phenomenon either. Most games it’s just standing for the big moments / plays. However in the ‘90s glory years my old section ( B 7) stood for entire playoff games. Regular season I’d prefer to sit sometimes. There’s nothing wrong with standing though if that’s the general mood of the section. Not standing doesn’t make one virtuous either, that’s ridiculous.
  4. Yep, I’m looking at this from a “ fantasy” perspective with an holistic approach lol. Kay was just annoying to me and never cared for her much so no great loss. Don’t like her replacement too much either but have only watched a few times.
  5. Agree. Now , that Cynthia F on the other hand…. Put her on GMFB please.
  6. Great. Not a Nantz fan . Ian Eagle is my favorite for his big game calling style , but Harlan is no slouch.
  7. Yep, it’s far from a sure thing. It’s definitely early in the season, but the NFC just doesn’t look too scary. Brady and Bucs will be favored vs any QB including Rodgers imo.
  8. Can’t blame the guy for seeking sensibility and logic. I wish him well, unless he’s facing the Bills of course. Well, they play in the NFC. That means they have a pretty good chance.
  9. Interestingly enough, that didn’t happen yesterday. Prices in lower bowl remained upwards of $300 per seat from several hours to less than an hour before kickoff on popular resale sites. It was the season opener and all, but it defied the historical price fluctuation patterns. Maybe this is the new normal for Bills games.
  10. Yeah, maybe not. It seems like on the option -type plays he keeps it about 95% of the time.
  11. Okay, cool thanks for the breakdown. So more risk on a designed run. Of course , the coaches know these #’s better than anyone. They do as they see fit and get paid a lot of money to do so. Personally I only had an issue with calling Josh runs with a big lead in the 4th quarter. A minor quibble but I trust they’ll make the right decisions going forward.
  12. Nothing in the argument is conclusive on either side. Except for the amount of injuries and where they take place. That is indisputable as numbers are numbers. Josh often dishes out the punishment as well as takes it , no? Anyway, enjoy the boards!
  13. We’ll probably get Spero Dedes… or did he go to another network?
  14. Could be. Or it could be that the hits taken while in the pocket have them in a more vulnerable position to absorb it. Anyway, it’s a pointless exercise for fans to complain about the amount of times the team calls on Allen to run. The coaches will do what they see as the best for the teams goals. Winning championships and having Josh Allen as their QB for a long time. Doesn’t matter if we think he should run more or run less.
  15. Doesn’t help running Hackett’s offense , but yeah he’s looked like crap so far.
  16. As Berman would say ,” Brilliant on the day…”
  17. Didn’t see it save for the last few minutes. I’ll take your word for it ; seemed like an epic collapse.
  18. Probably , but that would be foolish on their part. Unless god forbid something like that occurred when up by 3 TDs in the 4th quarter or something. Knock on wood, but it’s part of Josh’s game and contributes to winning. Dorsey should be judicious with its use.
  19. Doesn’t mean it won’t work for the Bills. They’ll probably expect to be more sound than Baltimore across the board.
  20. And that’s fine. Nous avons tous des avis !
  21. I think they’ll do what’s worked in the past vs Hill and bank on Tagovailoa not being Pat Mahomes.
  22. A few years ago with Tannydoosh ,I think.
  23. More QBs get injured in pocket vs out. Most aren’t built like Josh Allen either.
  24. Yep. More likely to shorten a career than running like Josh.
  25. Maybe so, but that’s a sad commentary. I’m assuming most of them went to college for broadcasting. It’s really not that tough a name.
