IQ scores in one country -Scotland - in 1932. Part of my job is research and understanding statistics. This kind of data for 2019 is meaningless. To begin with, educational opportunities back then were considerably different. When you can come up with a statistically valid claim to back up what appears to be a misogynistic opinion get back to me.

Don’t quite agree. Agree there are some jobs that might demand a guy be available right after a significant family life event, like a birth. President would be one. But if a Musk or Bezoa is doing his job right they would have others who can take over for a day. And certainly a football coach is not one of those jobs. Gase is a jerk; stay with your wife. And as for women knowing what they’re getting into and claiming that there are less geniuses that are women, you’re sounding misogynistic.

First game in the Rockpile 1960. I was 4 years old so don’t have real sharp memories.

I haven't been back to town in a while, but I try to keep up with the news around town. From what I can tell, there is a resurgence in the downtown area with the expansion of the medical school the other Pegula projects, new bars/restaurants, etc. My assumption has been that the Pegulas are interested in rejuvenating the city. Hence their different projects in the city, building a new arena and such. So my assumption has been that, when they build a new stadium, it would be in the city and not in OP. I can't speak to the traffic situation that would arise, since I haven't been in the area for a while and I'm not sure where they would build. I can however share some parallels I think with what I saw here in Indy and what Is aw when the Rich was first opened in '73. When the Rich was opened, it was a nightmare. I drove my mom and little brother to the first pre-season game; left Sheridan and Sweet Home Road at3:30 for a 7:30 start and sat in our seats right before kickoff. But things got worked out; traffic flow was adjusted to have all but one lane going in to the stadium pre-game and all but one lane out post-game. Folks figured out different routes (like we went Bailey to Abbott instead of the 290/90/219). Here in Indy where the stadium is right downtown folks have figured out different routes, and there are enough parking garages, lots, etc. to fit everyone without much problem. That just would have to be accounted for when designing any new stadium downtown. As for tailgating, again looking at Indy it doesn't appear to be an issue, although tailgating is not the experience of a Bills tailgating crowd. There are designated lots, folks are seen tailgating all around the stadium. And for visiting they have a designated area right next to the stadium. My family parked near it last year when the Bills were in town, walked a bit of the ways with our coolers, and no problem . Partied with tons of other Bills fans and even drank a shot out of a bowling ball! My guess is the new place will be downtown And if it is, I think the worries about traffic, tailgates, and such will be readily answered. Maybe not the first game but if Bills fans are anything they're resourceful. .

Long was hurt last year though. Hard to play C effectively with a bad hand. -

All one can do is hope he’s OK and that they can help him avoid future ones with equipment or something. The fact that he’s out on the field doing things suggests he’s fairly well along in the protocol. -

He is supposed to be the linchpin for the line so any time he loses is a bad thing. -

For God sakes. First season = playoffs. Second season breaking in a rookie QB among other things. You’re being absolutely ridiculous. -

Extended Wood who got a career ending injury. Yep, he wasn’t Nostradamus. And you also would have continued to pay the big fat tub of goo named Dareus his 100 million dollars. -

It has to do with the fact that people are judged on their performance and not their looks. Maybe you should get into your WayBack machine and travel back a few decades. -

The Mahomes comment is typical Monday morning QBing. Not one team in the league thought Mahomes would be the guy he was last year. Not a single one. Because if teams thought he would be there would have been moves by multiple teams to trade up to #1. Coming out there were concerns about his footwork and him playing in an offense that did not produce NFL caliber QBs. Creating cap issues? The cap issues were big contracts on guys not earning the $$, Dareus being the prime one. They solved the cap issue, they didn’t create it. Do all teams have plans? Yes. Do all teams have plans become enormously successful in two years? No. -

Stay well my friend. As for the young man, good for him. He realized he may not have the ability to be an NFL player and will move in with his life. Best of luck to him. -

The Pegula’s hired these guys to carry out their plan. They have a plan, and it should be readily apparent by now to all but the willfully blind what that is. They want talented guys that love to play football, who prioritize football, who constantly look to improve. When they got here, they figured out who they saw as fitting their plan and those who didn’t. They cleared out guys who didn’t fit like Dareus and Sammy, cleared out guys they didn’t think could get them where they wanted like TT, some guys left as FAs like Gilmore and Woods. They knew they had some bloated contracts and ripped the bandaid off quickly vs. slowly as far as the cap. Now they have an admirable cap situation. They want to focus on the draft to build their team. They have two young guys they think are their long term leaders on both sides of the ball in Allen and Edmunds. Yes, they could have taken Watson (the guy I wanted) or Mahomes (whom no one saw having the kind of year he had last year). But they now have their guy, and an AllPro CB (what ever happened to all the clamor about having to have a shut down CB?). They continue to add talent. Obviously their future is locked into their personnel decisions. But the constant whining about it, and how they should be gone so soon if they don’t have a winner right now is just so damn tiresome. First of all, they made the playoffs year one, and spare me the crap about how that was lucky. Second, they knew they were taking a big cap hit year 2. Third, look at the most continually successful NFL organizations. They have agreement between HC and GM on philosophy (unless it’s Belichick who has total control). They have sustained growth. They can focus on drafting the guys that fit what they want, same with FAs. The Pats, Steelers, Seahawks, all have those kinds of models and they work. Do you have to make changes sometimes? Sure. I live outside Indy and the Colts knew they had to, but in Frank and Ballard they have the same type guys as McD and Beane. The Rams? They look good right now, but they have given up a lot of draft picks, and will have to make difficult contract decisions. They have a shot right now, but is that model sustainable? Doubtful; the Bills have a more long term sustained strategy. i get some don’t like their strategy. But let’s just see how it plays out instead of assuming it won’t. Why some assume it won’t is mystifying. -

It has not failed if they go 8-8. Stop with the hysteria. -

They go say 8-8 this year the fans are not going to abandon the team. And changing coaches and GMs ever 2-3 years is not a ormula for success. You need a reality check -

Their fan base not tolerating it, as a reason for them to do something different? Laughable.
