  1. The red helmets suck. And we currently have one of the best uni's in the league. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
  2. Yeah... so I just realized what day it is... lol But yhey should have gone for something believable, like Romo or something. A Brady to Bills deal would be too huge, they would be covering it everywhere cnn, bbc, etc... Had I read the "Romo headline" I may have actually believed it for a few minutes.
  3. This is probably true. He is young and carries an elite skillset. Plus he was a 4th overall pick. Kyle... no. He is great, and will probabpy retire after this year, but rental DTs don't command 1st round picks. Shady... no. He is great too, but too old. And in a year that sees Adrian Peterson, Jamaal Charles, etc in free agency a team would have to be unprecedently stupid to trade for him. I would make a case for Tyrod. I know he is not the caliber player Sammy is, but my thought process here speaks to the position. I bet a(nother) QB desperate team (like Cleveland) would ship a 1st+ for him, especially this year with the Browns having multiple picks in each of the first few rounds.
  4. I don't want anybody named Boston. He can eat @$&! and die for all I care. Why fear? Our 9th ranked scoring offense could use upgrading, but nowhere near as badly as the defense. They will draft a WR, and probably all defense other than that, and rightfully so. TE is pointless unless you know he's elite. RT was the weak spot in the line.... but you know, 1st ranked rushing game. So that one is easy to overlook.
  5. But, I mean..... he's gonna. Still don't think they move Preston unless it's a player swap for another LB or Safety.... or if somebody wants him to sweeten a hasty draft day trade. Currently I believe he is better than he is rated and is not worth moving.
  6. Oh, Kellytough, such a dramatic hot-take artist. But at least it's not Ty-bashing. All the story spinning, conjecture, and speculation in the world won't make the Bills move. They just plain aren't going anywhere. Even if the NFL wanted to move us, Terry ISN'T moving the Sabres, so why the hell would he go for splitting up his teams? Also, NFL owners move for more money, and Terry's got more than he can spend. You remember when Terry/Kim took over? Reporters asked how he plans on making money from the Sabres or Bills when he spends so much on the city. Terry responded (and I paraphrase): I'm not here to make money, if I want more money I will get it from [fracking], I am here to bring Championships to Buffalo. I'm not gonna bite and get all worked up about something that ain't happening.
  7. Yeah, JFM... I would be done with football. As it stands right now I am already like a beaten wife with Stockholm. The NFL is getting worse and has been for quite awhile. The Bills have sucked since I was a teenager. I'm already at the point where I only watch Bills games, quit fantasy a few years ago, and didn't even make it to the stadium last year (kind of a big deal breaking a 22 year streak). A move would just be that last straw in this camel's pack. So yeah, it wouldn't even take twice for me to jump ship.
  8. Way too many Brady threads around here. 4 on the main page right now. Just Jack closed a couple of them, but you folks do realize this isn't the Pats* board, right? We should just start a thread called "Scumbag Cheaters" and all the pats* related garbage can be posted there, so you BILLS FANS can obcess about the enemy.
  9. Happy birthday to us. Thanks for buying the Bills so we don't have to be the 4th team to move in just over a year! I don't want to face a break-up with the Bills.
  10. You throw out "we" pretty willy nilly... I am not in that crowd. I don't see what's wrong with the stadium now. Why does a football stadium also have to be bars, restaurants, WiFi hotspots, pro shops, and domes with lay-z-boys and escalators? I go there to watch football. I need a chunk of parking lot and a place to rest my ass. And since Terry and Kim wouldn't be sharing profits with taxpayers, why in the sam hell would the taxpayers foot the bill? I know it happens everywhere but it's frickin absolutely rediculous. The fact that stuff like this happens is mind blowing, taxpayer funding for an entertainment company while many of those actual taxpayers can barely make their mortgage. Meanwhile Terry could buy vintage 1000 dollar bills just to wipe his butt with.
  11. If Tyrod gets hurt, the tank is on. No need for a backup.
  12. Just like Indy and GB have been lucky to get back to back great qb's, the diamond in the rough here is that we have been fortunate enough to have 2 amazing owners consecutively... What Ralph has done for us and the area can't be properly expressed in a short post, but everyone here understands the reverence that man has come to command, even posthumously; in the Buffalo area, Detroit area, and across the NFL. And now we have been blessed with another set of fantastic owners. They continue to be on-field challenged, as Ralph was for awhile, but I wouldn't trade them out for anything. In a way I think Ralph's philanthropy has somewhat inspired Terry to dump so much into the city/teams, and set a precedent of class that not many can follow. Terry and Kim do. So yes, thank you so much Ralph for everything, you were a champion for Buffalo, and thanks to Terry and Kim for saving us from an owner like Shakid Kahn..... or Bon Jovi.... or the Donald. Hopefully someday Terry/Kim will earn a bronze out front next to Ralph.
  13. They are talking about this year... ...so I doubt anyone will be finding a QB of the future. Despite some (loud) peoples opinions, this draft class is pure garbage and should be avoided like the plague. You don't overdraft and reach for crap QB (just like EJ), when there are real players left. When the draftniks all say there are no QBs this year worth a 1st round grade that is all I have to hear. Pass. That does not go for later round guys, if they do want to draft a QB you gotta wait and pickup the scraps. I can't even imagine them "pulling an EJ" again this year knowing the odds are against you. I know we haven't had a QB for awhile, but we can't let instant gratification frick us over again at QB.
  14. I really think Lawson and Ragland will shine. If we get decent DB play, I think the defense will get alot better overall as well.
  15. I heard about these changes a while ago, but this is the first "official" recognition of this. Funny how they put it like they care about the "fan experience", more like ratings plummeted and attendance has been on a steady decline. Let's call it what it is: damage control. And no I didn't receive this email.... but I don't make a habit out of sharing my email address either.
  16. Best solution I have heard to date. I have said it before... the NFL has forgotten that the fans pay for everything. They continue to make the games less fun to be a fan of and it will turn around and bite them. 30 years ago nobody thought baseball was going anywhere, despite a pathetic fan experience. Now it has lost popularity at a staggering rate for decades mostly giving way to the NFL. With the other of the top 5 sports (NHL, NASCAR, and NCAA football) all constantly upping their game and making their product more competitive, more fun, and better for fans; If the NFL continues down these types of paths, one of these next 3 sports could possibly come to the forefront. Maybe Mark Cuban was right. It just may take longer than he thought.
  17. The biggest trick the Kaep ever pulled was convincing the world there was more to him than just a knee. He's not on a roster for the same reason I'm not on a roster: he's not good enough. Ditto with RG3 but this is not news.
  18. Hey, I hate the teams with the major-ority of titles, ipso fatso I don't like neither of them teams, either. Now, get me a beer... ...and I don't wanna hear nothing more out of you, meathead.
  19. Well I do like the "news" (still don't like to use that loosely) that Zach fired his agent because of us. Makes me think maybe he wants to use Miami as leverage here, rather than using us as leverage to sign in Miami.
  20. Never heard of these bf insiders... Wonder how credible it is. But I want Zach bach and hope they are right.
  21. Obvious hate: Cheaters Jests Phins Cowgirls Steelers Animosity for: Packers Colts Anyone else who dumb-luck stumbles into back to back HOF QBs.... Love the Bills, and every year there are a few teams I would not say I like, but enjoy to watch that year. Last year it was Falcons and Raiders. And then the teams I feel a kindred spirit with: Chiefs Raiders Browns Because of the fanbases
  22. Well it seems Rex has finally found something he can excell at... ..besides cheeseburgers.
  23. For real. I really like Woods, but obviously if you get a good/great player in FA, he is massively overpaid. That is the way of the world these days. Rather have a top prospect for pennies on the dollar. It is getting to the point where you can only keep players (past rookie contract) if they are merely "role players", give a hometown discount, or are truly elite and get paid. Everyone else hits FA for a payday, and goes to the highest bidder. Further proof that it's coaching and QB that really matter these days, as even elite teams turn over their rosters besides HC and QB.
  24. Just let him whine about QB. If you feed it, this will turn into a "T-word" thread.... I'm not broken up about Shead... because obviously we will get DBs somewhere, most likely the extremely deep rookie class. We have Darby and Seymour that are decent young guys, and I wouldn't mind a couple top DB prospects to rotate with these guys. It's not like we are going to the SB this year....
