I was at the game and damn it was hot. The amount of Bills fans present was AWESOME. The Panthers fans are a little too wine and cheese to speak up to MAFIA members. Cam Newton is a puss .. he yacks off to Ed Oliver in Spartanburg and then doesn't helmet up for the game where he wouldn't be wearing a red jersey. The Josh / Cole connection is fun to watch they were totally in sync. Yeldon looked good in the 2nd half, granted against non starters It's time unfortunately to bring in some PK's to practice as I think Hauschka is toast still from the hit from the Jets last year ... he doesn't look good out there.

You're probably right ... but let's get into pre-season and potential other RB injuries and maybe the market opens up a little.

Overstating the obvious, this certainly isn't good for the player, the QB, and the team overall. Maybe time to trade Shady for a more experienced Center than Bodine. My point around this is with Gore, Singletary, Yeldon on roster from a depth perspective (and Shady's production last year) .. I think Center its important role and the drop off from Morse to Bodine is more serious than drop off at RB if Shady traded. Though the injury sucks, wonder who along the D caused the concussion, first week in pads. Ed Oliver? I like what I'm hearing about our D so far in training camp and if their blasting OL in first week of practice maybe there is a positive thread in this injury disaster.

Bottom line ... sans the K Gun teams ... can't rate anything WR wise for the Bills given the QB carousel of the last 20+ years .. hopefully Josh changes that not just this year but years to come and then we can make said comparison. You can see this in recent history when WR's left the team and been more productive (Woods, Goodwin, etc.).

OK .. let's take out playoffs and look overall .. again we can all have our opinion .. my just is that dome teams typically are worse (softer) than non-dome teams. Granted there is a little age on this (from 2014) but it basically shows road records for dome teams vs. non dome teams in regular season .. though not crazy dramatic .. dome teams winning percentage on the road is 39% and non-dome teams road winning percentage is 44%. It was so nice to read a piece about last year's roster posted by PFF in June 2019. That's the prompt reporting that's necessary to keep all fans up to speed on current roster dynamics. Great work PFF. Maybe I'll just replay last year's games this year so my watching experience of their player ratings matches their "2019 roster rating".

But the Road Equity stat involves measuring how well a team draws on the road, adjusting for team performance and we rank 13th ... now those that have been to a Bills Road Game knows how well the Mafia represents on the road .. now imagine if our Road Record last year wasn't 2-6 where that rank could be. Agree on Dawkins .. bottom line ... he had no challenges or leadership from his fellow OL teammates in 2018 .... it's a totally different situation in 2019 .. the message has been sent .. step up or get sent to the bench ... I predict he responds and hopefully Morse will be a good mentor to push him forward
