  1. What's promising is that both our losses came down to the end. We've been in all our games. I expect us to be in all of our next 5 games, too.
  2. Agree with those who think O'Leary is not that far of a step down from Clay. He's shown good hands and has really developed in his time here. Plus, says something when this coaching staff has confidence in a guy from before their regime.
  3. Seems to me like O'Leary has developed enough to warrant some more playing time and targets.
  4. Haha the zealous defense of him makes more sense now...
  5. Take it up with WYRK. http://wyrk.com/sammy-watkins-calls-fans-losers-little-jobs-picture/ How are you related to Watkins again?
  6. I think the distinction to be made with Sam-me Wantkins is between (1) wanting the ball, which of course I want my WR1 to do, and (2) voicing that want of the ball in a way that adversely impacts the locker room. I do think the little "little jobs" tweet is pretty emblematic of his attitude problem. Had to look it up, and forgot that a reason people were upset, among others, was that he was too injured to play but then healthy enough to vacation to Disney the same week.
  7. Okay, assuming I now have become Watkins, then I would hope I would be a team player after already having earned millions of dollars. I'm admittedly biased because I, as a diehard Bills fan, would do more for the organization than would the actual Watkins. I do think you're missing an option where the talented WR buys into team play and makes a lot more money because his team actually wins... maybe even more than 8 games. I said McCoy deserves more targets than does Watkins. The only person who said "Watkins doesn't deserve targets" at all was you. But for the fun of it: McCoy logged 314 and 312 attempts in 2013 and 2014, respectively, with Philly, but then 203 and 234 attempts in 2015 and 2016, respectively, with Buffalo. BTW he's on pace for 272 attempts this year (less than those two Philly years), but, as I posted, has been complimented by the coach in the media for his team-first attitude.
  8. If that game plan is the way to win, then the type of competitor who prioritizes winning above all else.
  9. Buy: Clay because he has shown his consistency and is now our #1 passing game target. Hold: Matthews and Humber because both are injured for about a month, but I believe both will continue to be productive players who do their job upon return. Sell: Wright because he was limited during the week, may very well have to be our CB2, and gives up a lot of size to LaFell.
  10. First, McCoy earns touches a lot more than does Watkins. Second, from Billsdaily's summar of Coach McDermott's press conference today: "The coach is very impressed with the growth of LeSean McCoy as a teammate and a leader. He has matured so much since their time together in Philadelphia. He takes pride in himself and he is a great competitor who has embraced the football team in a very unselfish way putting the team first. It was great to see some of their guys over at the Sabres game last night."
  11. But but but natural talent and deep threat!!!
  12. Roberto Jose Aguayo is an American football placekicker who is currently a free agent. The Bucs cannot get out of their own way at the K position.
  13. Manuel actually might not even have the weapons he has now with Crabtree and Cooper both at less than full health.
  14. Their defense giving up 57 points to a rookie QB probably doesn't help things either.
  15. I heard Milano respects the process. He should be fine.
  16. Rodgers. Not sure if that's because of age or my hatred for Brady, honestly. Non-QB: Antonio Brown.
  17. The more we know that we don't know, the more we know we know, you know?
  18. I had very low expectations for Poyer, but I don't think anyone outplaying Byrd in 2017 was all that unexpected.
  19. I wish there were some financially feasible way to move him now.
  20. DeAngelo Williams. I can dream, right? More realistically, Ronnie Hillman. Played with Dennison I believe.
  21. Would just have to tweak the offense a little bit to run more 2 or 3 TE plays. Taylor could work with Jones, Holmes, Powell, K. Clay, C. Clay, Barnidge, and O'Leary.
  22. earning national recognition is a process
