  1. NFL Draft 2018: One team reportedly has Lamar Jackson as their No. 2-ranked QB NFL Draft 2018: According to ESPN.com, at least one NFL team had Jackson ranked as their No. 2 quarterback in this year's draft class. The team in question remained unnamed.
  2. fins trading up? 2018 NFL Mock Draft: Dolphins trade up for Josh Rosen; two freak defenders in Top 10 2018 NFL Mock Draft: 4. Miami Dolphins (via mock trade) Josh Rosen, QB, UCLA. The Dolphins aren't afraid to be aggressive, that's for sure, especially with Mike Tannenbaum in a key role in that front office. Given the structure of Ryan Tannehill's contract, his health and age, Miami looks to the future with Rosen, a Jay Cutler-ian quarterback prospect who's more polished than Cutler when he entered the NFL. 21. Buffalo Bills Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State. If Rudolph gets past Miami, Baltimore and Los Angeles, he should be there for the Bills at No. 21 overall. They can't pass on him. He's an experienced pocket passer with nice downfield touch and some mobility. 22. Buffalo Bills from Chiefs Vita Vea, DT, Washington. Vita will be an instant-impact run defender the moment he steps on the field in an NFL game. He also has high-level athleticism and an impressive arsenal of pass-rushing moves. He'll be the foundation of the Bills' defensive line renovation.
  3. I have been pretty adamant about picking rosen. so I suppose that if he isn't the pick, serve it up. I like mine grilled then refrigerated, nothing like a cold serving of crow. edit: misunderstood the OP. I believe rosen is a day one starter but if not I still feel he has success at the next level. if not, serve it up as stated above.
  4. the time is now, not 2019. they get their QB and set the tone for a regime that finally gets it.
  5. so, this is going to turn in to another taylor thread? smh
  6. I don't see any right or wrong here. I see those who have their own opinion on what they feel the bills should/would do. in the end, they will do what it takes to try and improve the team and that improvement may take the farm to get their guy, which I'm fine with that. my gut says they trade up for one of the top three, hopefully rosen? I believe he'll wear # 11
  7. I trust your assessment. personally though, I hope they pass on him. I'd rather have rosen who likely could start day one vs jackson who may need a year or two?
  8. it is time to take the risk. this team has been plagued (still is) with mediocre QBs for far too long. I don't believe this regime is going to go another year without, taking the risk. get your QB
  9. NFL combine winners/losers: Josh Allen trumps Rosen, Jackson Losers: Lamar Jackson, QB, Louisville: Despite being the most explosive athlete in the quarterback class, the former Heisman Trophy winner decided to bypass the 40 and the rest of the athletic testing drills. Jackson wanted to put the focus on his passing skills during the throwing portion of the workout, but he was unable to string together pinpoint passes for most of the day. Part of his accuracy issues can be attributed to his inconsistent footwork and base, which remain a concern after watching him work out in Indy. Jackson needs to continue to refine his game as a passer to become a proficient QB who is capable of shredding defenses from the pocket. Without a strong athletic performance to offset his passing issues, Jackson missed out on a chance to show the football world how he could impact the game as an explosive dual-threat play maker.
  10. where do you come up with that? did I ever say that? it's all about my preference. at the end of the day it really doesn't matter about a fans preference, but who will be the bills preference, I just hope he is not theirs. as for why he's not my preference, he doesn't impress me like a rosen or mayfield does. my hope is they trade up and get rosen.
  11. they shouldn't even consider this kid. big time pass on him.
  12. when you have gone 22 years without a franchise QB, you give away the farm. period.
  13. so you don't credit wentz for 11 wins before the injury in helping them to reach the postseason? you really believe he would of done worse then the FA QB in his stead? they still likely would of been champions had wentz finished the season. In 13 starts, Wentz finished the year with 3,296 passing yards, 33 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, a 60.2 completion percentage, and a 101.9 quarterback rating. TRADE UP!! get your QB
  14. trade up, get your QB, period!
  15. he'll have his own millions to play with now. kind of like this kid. it may not be beyond the realm of possibility to get him? those draft picks acquired last year may come in to play?
  16. I seldom go back 3 pages. noted for future reference
  17. he would never fit with the process. that would be through the coaches perspective. my perspective would be, !@#$ him!
  18. southern rock, rocks.
  19. tennis is cool. used to follow it back in the conners/mcenroe dayz rich kid? he will be
  20. not drafting a QB
