  1. And if they lose again next week then beat the Jets and Pats x2, finish 13-4 and get at least one home game what difference does it make? Everyone likes to win, some of you feel like the 1 seed really matters. Other than that? Makes no appreciable difference.
  2. Today wasn't Billsy. They got beaten by good play. If they'd come back from 17 down in the 4th quarter that'd be one thing. If they blew the game after taking the leas late that would be Billsy. Today was just bad.
  3. If you play zone you need to either pressure the QB or confuse the QB. If you don't do either you get what you got today.
  4. Let's be honest, the Rams are 6-6 because both Kupp and Nacua were hurt at the same time. They are by far the best 6-6 team in football and NOBODY in the NFC wants to face them in January.
  5. He's a HoF player if he retires today.
  6. It's frustrating to watch them lose in the same ways that we have season or because of nagging fears that people have. Such as that the defense is a paper tiger and that McDermott does dumb things late in games.
  7. The non false starts made me much angrier. They missed one on the same guy in the first quarter. Led to another TD.
  8. All of that is consolation prizes. Only one trophy matters.
  9. Everyone has been telling me that Elam is a player and they're just grooming him. Well we will see.
  10. You're not the only one, I just don't get it. If he wins it, fine, if not, fine. It doesn't move the needle for me and I just don't think it matters at all. If he wins the MVP and they don't win the Super Bowl what difference does it make? Won't it just piss you off more that they wasted an MVP caliber season? Thurman Thomas won the MVP in 1991, then lost his helmet in the Super Bowl. Fantastic.
  11. Why does anyone care about this? Are we that desperate for some level of recognition?
  12. If they'd have taken him instead of Justin Shorter they wouldn't have to gameplan against him.
  13. Meh. They ignore more egregious holding on every down.
  14. I get that everyone is mad at the dumb things today and the defense was terrible. If they needed to lose a game I not upset that it's this one. Get everyone's head straight, the offense is still clicking. I really don't think that home field benefits us in January as much as everyone thinks it does with the risk of horrendous weather that can negate a passing game and seriously disadvantages our little defense. Just go win.
  15. Kupp didn't start blocking until the ball was caught. It was close but they timed it out really well.
  16. You decline the penalty if only to save the time on the clock.
  17. Then the wasted timeout doesn't matter. It forced them to try the inside kick which has a 7.3 percent recovery rate this year.
  18. Honest question. Do you give today's defense a better than 7.5 percent chance of forcing a 3 and out?
  19. Punting at the end of the first half and beginning of the second was the difference in the game. It was clear by then the defense was non existent and points were required in basically every possession.
  20. Agreed. We needed to make a play and they made it. Then we had to do it again and couldn't.
  21. Because they timed it right and he didn't touch him until the ball was caught.
  22. Not if we don't hit him. This isn't new or different for Stafford. He's been this guy his whole career.
  23. They had their shot at the end of the half and start of the second. Zero points out of those two possessions.
