  1. We need to keep playing that way every play of every game, and hope to get lucky and get into the playoffs. NOBODY will want to play the GOOD Bills. It’s a shame we are where we are, but no crying over spilled milk
  2. What? And created. Nothing is in a vacuum.
  3. Well, they are so determined to make it an international sport! Even if it is to the detriment of long time fans and the players.
  4. Do you know what that actually means? We assume so much, like the people told their tattoo means something deep and wise, but it’s really an appetizer on the PF Chang menu!
  5. It just happened in a tie game under 2 minutes with Browns vs Bears. Oh! You sound like my mother! She wasn’t kidding! 😂
  6. My routine was NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, then ABC News, then back to NBC for Jeopardy. Now I watch CBS Nightly News, and skip Jeopardy. Well done, NBC! I have a new routine! Those were the only things I watched unless they have a sporting event.
  7. I haven’t gotten NBC for weeks on DTV Streaming. Like when they took away NFLN, my bill has not decreased. While they play their game of chicken, I’m finding replacements for the things I routinely watched on NBC. EDIT: In my mind this is how I justify also keeping DTV Dish. Every once in a while something happens and I need a backup. This would probably be one of those situations, assuming the dish works? I haven’t tried that hard to see if I can get NBC there. .
  8. Sure, let’s say that was it. I don’t mind letting you off lightly. 😋
  9. Alphabetized would save me time. I look daily to be sure I’m not on the list. So far, so good.
  10. ….and I have watched less NFL this year after experiencing that farce. Bills games only for me this year. They seem to be going out of their way to piss me off in various ways, including all the streaming services where I have drawn the line and refuse to add Peacock.
  11. I hope that all the Cowboys fans stay up chugging beer and doing shots of mixed liquors and liqueurs until the last bar closes. Tequila should weigh in heavily. Then let’s see how they handle 40 degrees with rain and a stiff breeze! We are TOUGHER than they are!!! I’ll enjoy the nice crowd shots from my recliner, but I’ll be there in spirit. 😋
  12. I’m not a Chiefs fan, but I was thinking of doing this with a little Nigerian Prince twist. 😋
  13. Keep at it long enough, and some wild turns are inevitable.
  14. Well, at least you know what you are dealing with now. Armed with that knowledge I hope it’s fairly simple to find a path that will clear things up for you. We went thru something similar with my wife and unexplained abdominal pain. She even had an emergency appendectomy to remove a perfectly healthy appendix and they told her to see an oncologist for something abnormal about her pancreas. Scary stuff, and they couldn’t see her for 3 months! We instead got in to see a GREAT doctor by chance and it was all so simple to him, and he explained it to us. One more surgery and it changed our lives. Big difference between seeing a doctor and seeing the doctor. This guy is such a rock star my SIL, also an OB/GYN, wanted to come from SC just to meet him on the day of surgery. I’m glad you got the right doctor and hope you get this cleared up quickly and simply. P.S. - He asked how long since they noticed the curious pancreas. She told him and he said “that’s not it, you’d be dead by now.” Yeah, but they couldn’t see her for 3 months. Thanks a lot!
  15. Color me skeptical with “you can probably guess what they found” right in the title. Few if any are saying there IS life out there, just that it is possible. To so firmly believe you can be sure something does not exist in the vastness of this universe seems like pure folly to me.
  16. With Mr. Ed so close in the family tree, it would have been seen as a sign of disgrace and brought shame on the bloodline. I don’t make the rules. 🤷‍♂️
  17. I have some other things to accomplish in life before I spend 16 minutes on this. I don’t want to watch one side without rebuttal from the other. That would honestly be fascinating, to have the greatest minds in the field in a round table discussion. Plenty of smart people with different ideas and varying opinions.
  18. How about we just add 3 wins to the only team from NY? I kinda like the sound of that.
  19. That made me curious, and it looks like 24 QB’s have been sacked more than Tua. Sam Howell is the leader at 58. YIKES! Josh and Mahomes are slightly behind Tua at 18 sacks, but only because of some kind of magic I cannot begin to fathom.
  20. I admit I was wrong, I thought Tua would be a broken man by now, at least physically.
  21. I still remember the course and hole we were on years ago when I, naturally, put a ball in the lake guarding the front of the green. My buddy who was a MUCH more regular golfer saw what I was hitting, dropped a ball for me and said “try this, you’ve got it.” When I struck that ball it was like playing a different game. Like I had been playing pickle ball that looked and sounded awful, and I just learned how to play tennis. I’m still not extravagant with golf balls as we rarely have time to become too attached, but I get decent used balls in volume on-line. I may not be great, but I am NOT slow.
  22. I don’t think it’s corruption. I think it’s good old fashion incompetence.
  23. Ahh, London….where they have been the road team since 2013. Thanks for nothing, NFL.
  24. Thank God for the second week. You have a lot of great stuff to remember. Focus on that.
  25. Anywhere outside of a bubble is a risk, but then it always has been. No telling if she’s had it before, but I think there are Monks high in the mountains who have been exposed. It’s all so curious, but I’m glad she got some help and hope she feels much better soon.
