Our kids growing up in FL spent countless hours in the pool. We’d shower them off afterward a few times a week and that was that. Flying into Buffalo always shocks me with the number and variety of pools you see. Forget the few posters here who try to bring us down…WE ARE OPTIMISTS! 😂

My son went to FSU during EJ’s days. He was at every home game. My son was a good HS QB who was POY in his Conference, First Team All Area despite a team up the road being #1 in the country that year, etc. He declined college offers. He knows a bit of football, and he told me EJ was hot garbage. Nice guy, but he’ll never be a good NFL QB. I will always wish him well.

How did EJ Manuel go #16? Somebody decided they needed a QB and in a panic got it wrong.

They call the draft a crap shoot for a reason. True for every position in every round, but you need to get that QB right. That is increasingly the #1 rule in the NFL.

My actual favorite is Fall, but I know what comes next (the cold, dreary weather and short days of winter), so it loses a few points. Saturday is better than Sunday because you don’t have to go to work the next day. I don’t mind heat the way my wife does, despite being unbearable at times.
