  1. If the Pats* could, I bet they’d rather kick off than receive the kick. Their offense is our best chance to score points! 😂
  2. OK, who is with me hoping Kincaid has 14 catches for 180 yards and 3 TD’s today??? 😋
  3. He has the second most catches (62 catches on 76 targets) on a team tied for 5th in the NFL in scoring. I don’t need to invent things to be upset about. Every game cannot be your best game. I love what this guy offers, and look forward to seeing him continue to grow. Every situation is different, and I don’t care if LaPorta has 200 catches. That has nothing to do with us and how we use Kincaid.
  4. I have not done a recent booster, but I’m sure I’ve had it on multiple occasions. Our son is in FL with the wife's family for the holidays. She is one of six daughters, and most are married with kids. BIG family, and they ALL got it. I have not taken Paxlovid, but they said it was a huge difference maker.
  5. No, that was me. He came much later. But it doesn’t feel THAT much later. 😋
  6. Lamar and Josh must be HUGE advantages when it comes to grading an OL.
  7. I want to win it just to put it in the face of all the people who say if we can just win one SB before they die they will be satisfied for life. Somehow I think the whining will not cease as promised. 😋 Some people will be complaining if we win the SB but don’t cover the spread or be upset that Josh didn’t throw for 300 yards. “BUT……” they will say. 😂
  8. My son and his family went to FL to be with his wife’s enormous family. They all got the same thing for Christmas: COVID!
  9. As a little kid half the fun of going to the Rockpile in the winter was stuffing our boots with newspapers, getting bundled up in layers and taking that HOT bullion in for when you needed it. Yes, you could take a thermos in back then. I suppose it’s a better and safer idea than rolling in a pony keg! Hands and feet are critical, but hands are easier to protect. I never wore anything but sneakers all winter long, except when I was going to be sitting still at a Bills game in the cold for hours.
  10. Looks like temps in the 30’s with a 35% chance of precipitation. On top of staying warm, you’ll want to stay dry. Is there anything worse than 35 degrees and raining? If you don’t have proper foul weather gear, you can get ponchos that fold up smaller than a deck of cards for a couple bucks each anywhere, like the Target camping section. If you don’t need them, that’s great. You can use them for something else. I have to suggest at least checking out Hammers Lot, but you’ll have a blast anywhere. Enjoy the special experience with your boys! I took each of mine when they turned 16, and it was amazing!
  11. That’s when I met my wife. She kept asking “why do you do this to yourself?” I didn’t have a great answer, but I’m still doing it. 🤷‍♂️
  12. I’m afraid it has become a daily ritual. 🤷‍♂️
  13. Did your clock/radio wake you up to some Sonny and Cher? Do you think Punxsutawney Phil will see his shadow? This place! 😂
  14. We got our son a new Bills flag. The old one flies all day every day, and it’s beginning to reflect poorly upon us. 😋 My wife got me a Bill mini totem pole thing which is nice with the other stuff in the man cave. We have yet to celebrate the holiday with our son & family. They are usually good for a Bills thing or two. At this point, less is more in our lives. The kids and grandkids? Different story! 😂 .
  15. I like when we add a little spice! 😂
  16. Ummmm…………..Fanatical?
  17. They are especially good at home in the summer months (which is forever down there), relishing in the cool 95 degree temps in the shade. They should look happy over there, while their opponents are feeling like an ant on the sidewalk who just met a little boy with a magnifying glass on a sunny day. Not that I am bitter, or anything….
  18. I vote for a stadium where you can roll your own keg in! The Rockpile! I love the Ralph, of course. The others I’ve been to have all had their own strengths and weaknesses. Lambeau is the most unique, just sitting in the middle of a residential neighborhood. There is something cool about that entire experience with everybody parking and tailgating in front yards. Signs reading “Park and Pee $30!” I like Nashville because I’ve been to a bunch of games there and the pedestrian bridge over the river is awesome. The stadium was nothing special, but did not seem to be in need of replacement by any means, but this is Nashville. They can fill a new palace, and they can justify the dome for other events. Of places I have not been but would like to go, I think I’d have Denver and Minneapolis at the top of that list. Does the Vikings dome still feel like a dome?
  19. I was in a celebrity home in Atlanta when it was listed for $25 Million. Amazing place on 17 acres on the river. Oprah had a room there, and Obama attended events there. The celeb had $42 Mil into it but was willing to take a loss and move on. It sold for $17.5 Million…..to a televangelist. I’d like to hope that he was born with a silver spoon, or some other acceptable explanation, but I am skeptical.
  20. I was at a game in OP sitting next to a young Jets fan who was by himself. With each beer he got a little bolder, and a little louder. He was harmless enough, but eventually became so obnoxious I had to warn him with “look, we’ve gotten along just fine, but as soon as they hit me with beer or anything else they might throw, my patience for YOU will be gone. I suggest you get your act together. You don’t want ME siding with them.” He seemed surprised at first, but to his credit he behaved the rest of the game. I honestly don’t think he understood how that could have ended, sadly. At the very least we were about to have some ejections.
  21. We’ve got steaks going, and I’d LOVE a nice peppercorn sauce with it! 😋 Chef Thomas Keller (The French Laundry, Per Se, etc) said in his MasterClass that salt (and acid) are used to enhance the flavor of what you are cooking, while pepper is adding a flavor or changing the flavor.
  22. I LOVE the Christmassy colors!!! 😋
  23. Excited, INDEED!
  24. My wife’s family would all simultaneously rip into every gift and it was all over in a couple frantic minutes. I insisted we adopt a practice my sister would use: the Opening Chair. One gift at a time, and the person receiving the gift had to be in the designated chair. It slows things down so we could enjoy it, and it pissed everyone else off. It was AWESOME! 😂
