I almost stopped reading at the first sentence, because that is simply not true. I never said anything about Hamlin being outmatched in the playoffs. That may have been you or somebody else. Regardless, I’m not at practice every day, and I bet you aren’t either. We have professional coaches there to teach, observe and evaluate. McD may have flaws, but one of his strengths is developing DB’s. I’ll trust him over us in our comfy recliners.

So? He made the wrong reads and gave up easy points. He wasn’t ready then, and I don’t want to ruin him by putting him in a position to fail. That hurts him, the team, and it makes my neighbors talk about the screaming coming from my house.

I think it’s best not to lose games because you wanted to see him get playing time before he’s ready. We saw the Houston game and how quickly one bad read can change the game, especially at safety. I trust our coaches to know how far along he is and when he’s ready.

Somehow, this will be a reason to talk even MORE about the Cowboys, and that is truly a shame.

Hopefully we got a hand written and heart felt letter of apology from Goodell. That will make it all better.

I’ll say this - I’d take Jerry Jones over Jimmy Haslam. That’s not saying much.

I think they should go DLine on the first 3 picks, at least. The entertainment value would be priceless. 😊 I still think a solid speed WR that teams fear deep is going to be a priority addition. I’m glad we have a bunch of picks, and pray we can hit on most of them.

Don’t feel bad, my saint of a wife used to take the kids (one in a stroller) and two dogs on 3 hours walks on Sundays. Kind neighbors took turns giving them all shelter on Sundays during the season. I’m much better now.

You know, there is nothing here to prove they are wrong. 🤷‍♂️

Over 1,500 employees impacted. That is a lot of lives turned upside down with no notice. Pray for the best, plan for the worst. Good luck to all these people.

Browns are a hopeless mess with Haslam in charge, and I just can’t get over that. He thought that contract for Watson was the right idea, and I feel badly for Browns fans. He’s bad enough to suck the hope out of even the most die hard fans. .

I don’t like people screaming at me, so I never listen to this A-hole. But then, I try to avoid all of ESPN unless they have a particular game I want to see.

They called it a hold on Dawkins. It was not, and it was weak regardless. If you can’t accurately identify the offender, keep your flag in your pocket. I know, people get things wrong, but the clouds above my front yard just seem more annoying than usual.

At Casey Middle School we had a gym teacher who used to punt at least briefly in the NFL (Chargers?). When he finally got to show off, he picked me to go field the punt. It was one of those cheap plastic Voit footballs than was harder than a cinder block. I caught it, but the point of the ball hit me on the base of my right thumb. For many months I’d be close to fainting if I bumped it on anything. That HURT! I never bothered to ask for X-rays, so I guess I’ll never know. But I had a confirmed small fracture of my fibula in high school football that hurt far less. A retired pediatric neuro-radiologist (a very smart guy) once explained that on a 1-10 scale, a bad bruise is like a 5, and a small fracture is right next to it at 6 or less. It’s a spectrum.

On the play where Dawkins got beat and Robinson got to Josh, Robinson had his weight so far in front of him he almost stumbled, but he somehow stayed up. I’m sure Dawkins noted that and just took advantage of his poor weight distribution. That’s not a penalty.
