Piggybacking off this, I really wish we'd find the Aaron Kromer of DL Coaches and back a brinks truck up to his house. Im not a doomer, but I do not believe we are good at developing young DL. We have some good players, but with the resources poured in we should be getting more. For example: imagine if we poured all the DL draft picks into the OL instead? I feel like we'd have 2 full OL's, one in top 3, and full 2nd string group in the top 15 across the league. Hyperbole a bit, but seriously I believe that. Obv no reason to do that, but damn we need a DL Kromer. Wish I knew who that is

My wife said this yesterday to me. Listen, its true, but I dont like it lol I cant grasp the words for what this team means to me. It was planted in my soul quite literally at birth. Some of my first memories, I was 3yrs old, were from those Super Bowls. I dont remember the games, but I remember the electricity around them. I was 3yrs-7yrs for that SB run. Ive seen how juiced up this town and fanbase gets for an AFCCG, and its a drug. Then I remember I was born in an environment even more intoxicating than what ive seen as an adult. Seriously, some of my first blips of memories are my dad and his friends crying at the end of, what I believe is the first 2 SBs. My family gave me this disease. I want a Chip for me, my family that brought me into this, the community, and now Josh. I put that man on a pedestal, ill never have a new favorite football (or sports) player in my life. Winning a ring in the future without Josh would hurt me to my core! I want to see him win one here. Or at the least, see him win one somewhere else, but only if hes like 40, and some scenario he cant help sends him to a contender lol So yes, its just billionaire toys but damn its a big piece of all of us

Pats def could've made a move and I'd be frustrated if I was a fan... however, maybe they realistically know, anything they do this year is icing on the cake.... keep your cap in good shape going into next season, all your best picks, and have an easier time making a real run next year. Its a bit flawed because this year is so wide open... but they can continue evaluating and really have their pick of the litter at multiple positions next year. Theyre going to be a tough f'n team to deal with, at least until Maye is off his rookie deal!!

His play is picking up, but I can't see him going in even first 2 rounds if he comes out now... could slide further than 3rd rd His plan, from the guidance of Peyton/Eli/Arch Sr/Cooper has been to do it the right way, think long term, and be thorough. That is evident from him redshirting as freshman, and then not transferring last year despite being behind Ewers. He could've started and made a boatload in NIL, and he took the patient long term approach. He needs more college reps. Period. Also, I could 100% see some Eli type shenanigans when he comes out, and hardball a team like the Jets into not picking him... and I honestly dont blame him. The jets/browns have had endless #1 overall - top 3 overall QBs taken, and none have worked out... 15 years. No team is that bad at drafting. The organization has NO CLUE how to properly foster and develop a QB period. We've seen them castoff guys to go on and have success elsewhere. Lord knows how msny others they just ruined, that would've been successful in another organization. If im a Manning, I am not allowing him to g2 these QB Destruction Factories. Chicago - no (they might be ok, but 2 years out). Jets - **** no! Titans - a softer no, but im trying to avoid it, not with that ownership. Arizona - avoid at all costs. Horrible/clueless/greedy owner. Hes going to have to go somewhere bad, but im moving hell on earth, to avoid NYJ & CLE. Hard no's.

Selling like this tells me Douglas (i think hes GM?) thinks he had job security, right? Do we think he actually does? How they handle this will determine their next 5 - 10+ years... you cant let a guy use half those picks in 2026, and then move on to new GM in 2027 IF YOU LET THIS GM MAKE PICKS IN '26, YOU 1,000% HAVE TO SEE IT THROUGH AND LET HIM AT IT AGAIN IN 2027!!! If youre Jets FO, are you willing to commit to that for 2+ more years. Realistically, atleast 3 more seasons, because you have to see how the 2027 picks turn out (along with '26). Doing all this gutting of team, then making a GM change, after '26 draft/before 2027 would be the most incompetent Jetsy thing ever!!! If you were them do you commit to this guy through then, or do you go get a new GM and or possibly (but less likely) HC at the end of this season? Hope owner thought this through!

Yeah this behavior would be too far to be an acceptable add to the team. The whole thing sounds like cocaine behavior. Im genuinely shocked he wasn't beaten (no pun intended) into a hospital bed. If this is exactly what CW was doing, I have a hard time imagining he wouldn't have been beaten into a coma. I could be wrong, if Haley wasn't in the 80's, I guess its possible Watson wasn't in 2025. Its unimaginable to picture any team having that kind of restraint. Pure speculation, but I cant even remotely imagine CW's was on par with Haley. Haley doing this in 2025 would lead almost certainly land him in jail or hospital (rightfully so). I dont think any team let alone Raiders could've swept this under the rug, at the same time all 53 on that roster have kept it from leaking. If its that bad, its a no from me, and id imagine the whole franchise... id be shocked if it was anything in the same ballpark.

Agreed. I just cant see many players caring enough about it to turn their nose up at a chance to get over the hump. I get its not all rainbows and unicorns, but I have a hard time imagining the lockeroom here being so against it, they veto him signing a deal. I think **if**they believe it helps them, its a non issue. Maybe they think he doesn't move the needle for them, and thats a different story all together. But if he helps, I think lockeroom let's it go in pursuit of the real prize. Prater has been money and the ultimate calming presence for me this season. Heard hes got a calf injury, and it was 49yds, close as hell still. In a post like this, you g2 find a down and its a fair one, but he gets a pass from me for now. Rest up homie, come back better next week!

Dang all this from a dude thats been hear a half season, and unable to play in all but 2 games. Speaks volumes about him and the type of team chemistry! Ball this up and shoot it in my veins (or buttocks)
