I hope they don't offer anything stupid to keep him. He is 33 and had a fine year, but likely to regress. The question is how much and at what cost. i don't want to be sitting here next year at this time and seeing a bad contract over head. He is replaceable IMO. You make your best offer that fits your cap situation, it would be nice to have him back, but don't go nuts!

If at the end of the day it turns out that it was Mario for Cordy&Cogs, then I am very happy. We had too much cap space tied up in the DL IMHO.

To call this guy an idiot is ridiculous! Just remember many of the worst scandals occur when people decide to play along with the party line. I for one am glad to see someone speak out about what they were asked inappropriately. It shows some guts. When people say nothing, NOTHING ever gets better.

Look you either get it or you don't. This isn't about this kid only. I interview people all the time and you can't ask this stuff, it is illegal. Yet some neanderthals in the NFL continue to violate the law. If you're fine with that then that's your deal.
