To me the biggest key to beating them is controlling Maye and the efficient passing game they've had. Josh McDaniels is one of the best OCs in the business and McDermott needs to be able to match him. We need to find a way to generate a little bit of a pass rush without losing coverage and have a plan for Diggs in the slot. We keep a lid on the passing game and we win this IMHO.

Very sad story! He sounds mentally ill and their are others impacted by his decisions. Just sad to see someone head this way.

If he can go, play him, we want this game, it would help to get this Dub going forward. We lose, we're out of it for division and the seeds have less relevancy. Plenty of time tor rest after this week. I may be crazy, but I'm not willing to sacrifice the division or momentum yet. Get the W and we need to him to get it!!!!!

I think Gabe is back. I think Coleman is gone. And Samuel. I think we both get a FA and draft in the first 3 rounds a WR. The WR room starts to look a lot better when guys like Shakir, Davis, Shavers and Palmer move down the barbershop pole.

How the hell can McDermott not be perturbed by Beane's actions in the last couple years? Anybody who can't see his frustration at certain times is choosing to be blind! There 100% is tension and rightfully so.

For 8.3 million this year I'd expect more impact for sure.

I think this could be his best coaching job. This, in spite of being giving a roster that has glaringly been neglected in a couple of key spots by Beane. And, he has had to deal with players they brought in not working out-Larry Ogunjobi anyone. Also, being saddled with some poor cap decisions by the front office. I'd say he doesn't want to be tied at the hip with Brandon Beane, and it shows in his press conferences. McDermott is a pro and bites his tongue, and it shows that sometimes he'd just like to spit out that Beane hasn't done what he's asked for!

I think it has to do with his relationship with Beane.

There is no one more valuable to his team, but we all know there is more to it from a numbers standpoint. Stafford is in the drivers seat.

I think NE has all the "pressure" on them this week and we can play loose. This is the first big game against a tough opponent this new crew in NE will play. Bills have nothing to lose, we're in the playoffs and are unlikely to win the division. We also have a chance to exact some payback for the first loss. We won't be surprised this time! Go Bills!!!!!

They're not done yet. Obviously they need to win out and can only get the 7 seed. However, I could see them as 7 seed going to 2 seed New England and winning. It's more likely than you'd think. Just remember where you heard it first!
