Lamar Jackson Tie Break Question: Name 5 players the Bills will draft (most correct wins the tie-break if it occurs) Josh Rosen, Harrison Phillips, Billy Price, Rashaad Penny, Bradley Bozeman
  2. Why am I just now learning that Sam Darnold's grandfather was named Dick Hammer? We have to hear about Nick O'Leary being Jack Nicklaus' grandson 12 times a game and nobody has mentioned this wonderful bit of information yet?
  3. I think it's enough to go on. Brady should be taken into custody immediately.
  4. I don't feel as though giving up that much draft capital and moving up that far fits Belichick's way of doing things. He hit gold with Brady in the 6th round and drafted Garoppolo in the 2nd. I think he would find Brady's successor in a similar fashion. Maybe he would be interested in a guy like Rudolph or Lauletta , but I don't see Belichick trading way up. Just my 2 cents.
  5. There is so much information coming out, I actually wonder if it is a smoke screen and they are not planning to trade up. Otherwise, all this info coming out is making them look almost desperate and that will cost them.
  6. I think he is #4 QB behind Rosen, Darnold and Mayfield. I would be ok with him if we cannot get up for one of the top 3. I see Jackson as less of a project than Allen.
  7. What do we win? Is it a new car?
  8. And from what I understand, he likes his beer a little flat.
  9. If they don't win a Super Bowl before I die, I am so done with this team.
  10. We can keep him as a backup, but there is no reason to believe he is starter material.
  11. IN theory I would, but in reality it may take a lot to move up. I'd be ok with giving up both 1st rd picks this year and maybe a second as well. That probably doesn't get it done, though.
  12. I would like to keep Taylor to keep pressure of our rookie QB. However, I wouldn't be too upset if they let him go.
  13. I think some of us that are anti-Dennison are being seen as pro-Tyrod. I think they both very much need to be upgraded.
  14. Who the hell invited Debbie Downer to the party?
  15. Just throwing it out there, it may or may not be helpful. Allegiant Air is a really cheap airline. Not sure if they will have flights to Jacksonville, but I know they go to some places in Florida, from some places in NY.
  16. I was in a group of 8 or so Bills fans. It wasn't a huge amount of us, but it was wild when they scored. One of, if not the best moment I've had as a Bills fan.
  17. I think the offensive blame is shared 50/50 between Tyrod and Dennison. Rico has got to go.
  18. I normally am not for cheering for injuries, but after Gronk's dirty hit against White, I hope he gets lit up.
  19. I would like Tyrod to stay and Rico let go. However, I still want The Bills to go all out to get their QB in the draft. No reason to bring in a young QB who is forced by default to start day one in a pathetic offense. Get a better offensive philosophy and let the new guy take over when he is ready.
  20. Absolutely, it has been almost 20 years without a playoff game. I don't even remember what it is like to cheer for your team during a playoff game.
  21. Well, Hobart now has the second worst QB performance in history, so there is that.
  22. We are not getting to playoffs the way we've been playing. Most likely, we are still not going to the playoffs, but I would rather see what Peterman has to offer while things are still competative than to see Tyrod continue to fail. Peterman very well my fail, but I am glad we will get to see what he can or cannot do.
  23. The biggest thing Tyrod has going for him is the ball security. However, the constant 3 and outs give the opposing offense good field position consistently, which isn't a whole lot better than throwing an interception. I would rather have a QB that throws more interceptions, yet moves the ball, gets us in scoring position consistently and keeps our defense off the field. I would throw Peterman in and see what he can do. It can't be worse than we've been getting. This offense really has been putrid the last two weeks.
  24. I don't think there is any reason to believe this is a particularly weak QB class. The wait 'till next year thing is not going to get it done. We need to trade up and get our guy. We've waited 20 years to get a middle of the road guy in Taylor, who is never going to get us over the hump. The team needs to go all-in on finding their guy. Attempting to win with a run-first offense has gotten us nowhere.
