When I got to a live person I asked for customer retention- they might try to help you there, but they have nothing to offer, I listened politely and just said, can i please speak with customer retention. Once I got to retention, I asked what offers for NFL Max - they don't waste much time and her first offer was great, I got greedy and asked for movies and it was no problem. I'm usually nervous about this, but have gotten more comfortable over the years. Ask for what you want and you'll likely get it.
