    I am beating a dead horse, but if they don’t have a plan to make Knox a focal point of the offense, then they should not have handed him a massive contract making him one of the best paid TE’s in the league.

    Sign Poyer or Edmunds at what dollar level? Sign Oliver, Edmunds, and Poyer to big money, and then ignore the offense even more…sounds like a solid McD/Beane type of plan.

    IMO While Von has made some plays, I expected much more. I guess the determination of his worth will be seen come playoff time…or a game at the end of the season, if the #1 seed is yet to be decided.

    …but but but, you can never have enough DL, CB, and day 2 RB’s. I will probably be shouted down, but McD and BB have not done a good job of surrounding Josh with better offensive personnel. This offense is good because of Josh. Think of how unstoppable they would be with better OL play, and more consistent WR play beyond Diggs.

    Almost all the NFL QB’s other than Allen would have done the same thing considering the game is in the 2nd quarter. No problem with what Herbert did on that play.

    The Jets play the Bears without Fields, the Dolphins play the putrid Texans, and KC plays the Rams without Stafford and Kupp. Sometimes, it’s good to be lucky.
