    You're being tough on Nelson. I can't remember him dropping many passes over the last two seasons. He has what it takes to be a 10 year vet in the NFL as a slot receiver.

    Expectations from some fans are really low when a team that has SUCKED for more than a decade, starts off a season 5-2, loses their 4th game in a row, but fans are "satisfied".

    The Gailey/Edwards relationship is no different than what occurs on most NFL coaching staffs. The HC until he is backed against the wall by the GM or owner, will be fiercely loyal to his assistants....NO MATTER HOW BADLY THEY SUCK!

    Twice in 17 games Johnson has dropped a GW touchdown pass. On top of that.... Johnson is an IDIOT at a position throughout the NFL that is littered with idiots. I've said it before, be prepared for his agent to ask for the world when contracts talk commence. If the Bills can't get a reasonable deal done, no way do they pay this guy franchise money(9.5 mil).

    Dareus needs to be much much more than solid. The #3 pick overall better have the words "pro bowl" and "1st team all pro" throughout his bio when all is said and done.

    Didn't the kickoff rule change get adopted prior to F/A starting? The deep thinkers at OBD didn't have the foresight to realize that the number of kicks going to be returned was going to drop dramatically, making Smith's value plummet?

    Fire Edwards and his low budget staff, and offer Wanny the DC job with free reign to hire his own defensive staff. They should all go including Biff or Giff(or whatever the heck his name is), and the rest of the coaches who are responsible for this train wreck of a defense.

    I agree. He has not been the player I thought the Bills were getting. Granted he has time on his side, and has shown flashes of potential, but he is not this dominating stud some make him out to be, nor is he double teamed constantly as others here like to mention.

    There have been a lot of hopeless periods over the last 50 years of Bills football. While I am pissed at this free fall that has been going on for 3 games now, I wouldn't be so quick to put this at the top of the list of worst periods in franchise history.

    Not snarly. Just wondering why someone would think that two guys who have been pretty much useless the entire year, would be the keys to beating the Jets.

I think I even have the DVD somewhere in the house, and still haven't seen it.

    You want the Bills to utilize two guys who have had little impact in terms of the success of the offense this year? I've got a better idea, run Fred Jackson 30 times, and tell Fitz not to throw any interceptions. That is your best bet for winning the game. One other thing...somehow find a way to play 13 guys on defense.

    WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! The NFL screws the Bills again. Based on the outcome of the first meeting, the Jets could have beat the Bills with the Jets having played a game the prior day.
