Is Beane all but done with FA?

PRmore important than KR. You can find this in DBs and receivers that you draft or pick up as UDFA -
McDermott would draft this kid if he could ...

If he his 6-4+ 279+ you can teach him to playin the trenches -
it has bern done before. I don’t expect such a bet. a team doing that would be a team who expects to pick 25-32 next year, not a team in rebuildwho could pick in top 10. better option is trade down. Maybe a team offers their 2nd and a 2nd next year

unless a top 15 falls I expect buffalo to possibly trade down to a top half 2nd and a late 3rd/early 4th I wasn’t all that surprised in Trube signing . Thry needed a better back up and he needed to take a step back -

you have the draft coming up and see what they draft in the first few rounds who can step in snd play. Then you have the June cap cuts i know it’s rare, but post draft could you sera player for player trade -
Who had the Biggest One Year Wonder Season?
djp14150 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thisis not an easy question...too much research. too many times you can get a journeyman player break out at 28+ ( Fred Jackson) and do well. youalso have the situation of special teamer being used due to injury and back up about who played more in practice with him developed chemistry. Thrn you have academy grads who spent 4-6 yrs in military. -

Eagles submit rules change to onside kick
djp14150 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
allow the time outs to carry over fora full game. Each team has %6 time outs and north 2 min warnings. allow them to do full onside kicks without any restrictions on formations or the kick off run up...like how it was before. Injuries didn’t occur on onside kicks. im fine with the 4th and long play option from their own 30. thryshoukd follow college rules late. Clock stops after end of play, thrn restarts ehrnref whistles. Thus allows them to set the sticks after first downs. -

NFL is "highly likely" to have a 17-game regular season in 2021

I got the impression the 17th game was going to be neutral site games. -
you get more revenue if you allow all platforms to sell and nfl package like other sports
-
you obviously didn’t understand what I was talking about. networks trying to cross promote their broadcasts doesn’t increase their ratings on other nights. They get ad money they sell for the games they air. What ever small profit margin they have after factoring in the costs for tv rights the mar gains aren’t high enough to absorb the added fee costs. last tinge I checked abc still exists after they lost football. CBS did too. if the nfl is asking too much networks back out and nfl could self destruct. a real example of this was CART/ indy car racing. given head injury issues football is on fragile turf going forward where athletes opt for other sports. going all streaming will watch it die because only 15% of USA land territory is capable to handle large streaming.

Gunner's 2021 FINAL Mock Draft on PAGE 21
djp14150 replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Drafting depends on free agency. I think pass rusher is the highest priority if that is DE or OLB. At the same time I’m not reaching. by thst draft if there is 4 or so sitting there getting picked around 27-36 i could see them picking one
