Jerry Sullivan crosses the line. Comments against women.
machine gun kelly replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s such an ars clown. There are some things that are supposed to be only on the inside. I don’t agree with him either. There are lots of women in the media or in general who know football. Mary Kay Cabot for the Browns is one example. Suzy Tolbert (I think hats how you spell her name on ESPN) is another. -
THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Taking Care of Business
machine gun kelly replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall
As long as it’s fine right, and it was done right with the shoulder, and pulled up before he hit the ground. Textbook. That is a disciplined player. Hey, where’s all the armchair QB’s who think he was not worth $11 mil./yr. With the never ending contract criticisms prior to him signing. I’ve noticed they are all silent. -
I thought 10-3 would feel better...

Inigo, you’ll feel a lot better after we punish the Fish in a cold, blistery Saturday night game. -
THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Taking Care of Business
machine gun kelly replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall
Shaw, I always appreciate your reviews along with Virg. I loved your Cowher comments I watched the same postgame show. Cowher respects tough teams like his when he was coaching, and for all the nit picky comments (which is why I stay away from the gameday threads as some of the most ridiculous comments come out during the game) he saw a team with grit on both sides. Mike White is one tough SOB and probably cracked ribs. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had some internal injuries. I don’t wish that at all, but you could see the pain he was playing through. I’ve both broken and severely bruised ribs on two different occasions and it hurts to breath, cough, laugh, anything. A lot of QB’s would’ve have stayed in the locker room. Tre played smart, and yes a bit soft at times. But he’s easing himself into form for the playoffs. GROOT played out of his mind, but wasn’t alone. Settle, Jones, and even Boogie had a decent game. Milano is all world and is the most impactful defensive player on the Bills. -
WGR.com + Audacy app post-game fail
machine gun kelly replied to BillnutinHouston's topic in The Stadium Wall
Guys, it’s because Sirius advertises they have the post game show and it’s one or the other. Sirius maintains the show for a period of time, then connected back to Audacy. Sirius is a huge revenue generator. They are doing it for the other teams too. -

50 years ago today, the final game at The Rockpile
machine gun kelly replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
As my mom said so many times, I was a pleasant surprise. God rest her soul. That was funny. Thanks brother, now let’s whoop the J-E-T-S, Jests, Jests, Jests arses. As Boomer used to say, “ITS GAMEDAY”! -

50 years ago today, the final game at The Rockpile

1. I’m jealous I’ve never been there. 2. You guys are old! Just kidding. Thanks for the memory. My dad talks occasionally about the rockpile. He’s a dinosaur too at 92 and still kicking. I was a whoops as my siblings are much older than me. I remember in college delivering bundles of papers by there (buff news hopper was my college job) and it did look like the Roman coliseum. -
Expecting a return to form for Allen this week.
machine gun kelly replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall
You make good points Chicago. I don’t see a 300 game though against that defense. Those guys are going to try and bracket Diggs again, and place Sauce on Davis. That may work so we have Cook much improved, Little Dirty, McKenzie needs a big day. Knox also needs a big day. His catch accuracy has improved over last year from 69% which is good to 76%, but his target have markedly decreased. Either Dorsey is not utilizing Knox to his potential, and used primarily as a blocker or safety valve, or there is something we don’t know as to why we’re not getting the most out of him. I along with all of you have no idea. This game is critical to take what the defense is giving us, and most likely need to slowly and methodically (as old man fan always says) matriculate the ball down the field. We do that and there is a chance they are start creeping up d when we don’t expect it, they hit Diggs or Davis down the field. -
So, is Elam playing this week?
machine gun kelly replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s an excellent point, and instead of captain overreaction you injected common sense. How dare you? Don’t you know this can be at times the chicken little board. Elam’s strength as many know is Man Coverage from his days at UF. Rhodes has years more experience at zone, and where he lacks in youth and speed, he makes up in intellect. Elam will continue to grow in his zone skills and will eventually develop into a lock down CB. Just imagine in one to two years where we have Tre and Elam opposite each other. -

Former Bill Jim Leonhard leaving Wisconsin Coaching Squad

Hey, let’s bring him in for a workout! 😜 Oh, this isn’t that thread. Dang. Guys, I’m kidding. I know the OP wasn’t making this kind of reference. Just poking a little fun at some of the people that think every old has been has another year in them. Don’t take it seriously. -
My six fingered friend, what a spot on call. You got a belly laugh out of me with the suicide cult remark. It’s why I often take a break from the board when we have a loss as some people cannot see the forest through the trees. As a young man up into my 30’s I competed at an elite level in two sports, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t make mistakes. I was never pinned once in wrestling, but I occasionally lost. I won a closet full of medals and trophies in powerlifting, but I didn’t take 1st in every meet for 17 years. We won a lot of games in football and baseball, but we didn’t win all of them. If anything, the losses made me better. Im sure there are even better young athletes who grew up on on this board. Competitors as players and coaches takes games and matches into context. That was such a salient point you bring up and McD makes mistakes, and so does Beane. That doesn’t mean they Arent the best coaching staff I can remember and in some ways better than the Marv staff. I have 100% confidence we will get to the promised land in time. This year, next year, or the one after. I Billlieve in my Bills. Its not all rainbows, but what is in life.

Why, do you want me to start an Ertz one? Oh forget it. 🤩😇😜🦬🏋️♂️🏈

2012, I feel strongly Von made this line better. He was impactful on the field, but so much attn was drawn to him which made the others jobs easier. In addition, the other young DE’s have improved in their skills development because of Von. I look ow on IR he can’t practice nor should he after ACL surgery, but there’s no reason he can’t put on the informal coaches hat and coach these linemen up in practice and on gameday. He seems heavily invested in Buffalo, this team and his teammates. He can still have an indirect impact on this line. It was a fluke accident and stinks, but we still are 9-3 and have a good shot of winning the next several games.

Onward and Upward my men! Tally Hoe!

Thrk, I think he’s meritoriously earned the silver star and a promotion to a full bird Colonel. Frazier, and Dorsey are our Generals and McBeane are the Chiefs of staff in the One Bills Pentagon.

1 less TD on avg per game vs. last year. Yeah that was a good move letting AJ go.

Receiver Options For the Remainder of the Season?
machine gun kelly replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s most likely OBJ or stick with what we have internally. Dallas has an allure in a big city, lots of fanfare, but if you have a choice of the $ is similar to play with Josh or Dak, which one? We know the answer would be Josh and given the six PRIMETIME games with no chance of that changing as long as Josh is our QB. It most likely just comes down to $. -
I would add to the mods, I wouldn’t mind if we had its own thread for the Fish/49ers game as well. These are the two we should all care about and not that it needs its own thread, but TN/Philly. I could care less about the rest of the games. Ill leave it up to you mods on allowing two game threads that has divisional and conference implications, vs. just around the league.

The obsession w/ how Josh Allen runs
machine gun kelly replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
His injuries have predominantly been in the pocket and he’s really only missed what four games in his career. I too get nervous when he does it, but it’s such a threat, it allows Josh to throw better. What I’ve seen especially in NE is a dynamic versatile offense. Cam was a banger and inaccurate. Josh has slid a lot more these last couple of years and has tried to scramble to them throw at the last second like that freakish TD throw to Gabe Davis. Cam Newton was never in the same league from a skills development to Allen. Before anyone brings up Cam won an MVP, Josh should’ve won twice. I love the MTC guys Friday made a point comparing Allen to Mahomes and Kirwan stated who is more critical to the team, and. His answer was Allen. He had Mahomes a 1B, but the offense runs through Josh in Buffalo. He did also add he is aware of the turnovers, but then he brought up what the Bills would be without Josh. I think the Cheats game is exactly what this team, and Allen needed like last year with the Bucs, and the year before with the Cards. It galvanized the team both years. -
The speculation is pointless. The majority of real Bills fans know we are a better team with him in red, white, and royal blue. He’ll go farther with us than Dallas. The Giants never had a shot. I was hoping he’s not leaving, but you never know. He may be using the Cowgirls to try and drive an offer up higher by Beane. If Beane wants it enough, they can find the restructure $ with the other contracts to make a Spotrac market value offer. If OBJ wants that multi year deal, we’ve shored up the weapons for this offense for the next couple of years. That would allow us to use the draft to get some stud Guards and probably a Safety. We are so deep outside of those areas I’m actually surprised being a Bills fan since the late 70’s. Time will tell.
