  1. I don’t know the fascination with Fournette. His play dropped off in recent times and I had more than enough opportunities down in Tampa. He helped them the SB year, but when a RB loses his legs, they don’t come back. Johnson has the speed we need, and compliments we’ll Cook. Especially after watching what Cook can do. If we need a banger play, you throw in Murray.
  2. Exactly. The ads Arent that bad. I ordered this a couple of years ago as I enjoy the Chicago shows, Magnum PI., etc. Comparable to some subscriptions, it’s not that expensive.
  3. This thread is silly as the OP doesn’t understand when there isn’t a second top target, you can key in on any top target. He’s still having lots of targets, but we’ll win this year with everyone else. we need a top 1st RD WR target. We won’t get Harrison JR., but Diggs will be a more viable target. It’s just how it works. This was non stop silly ranting. TE’s don’t equate to WR’s unless you’re Kelce. The god news is next year we can add a top WR target and it will matter.
  4. I just need a red rider BB gun. ”No way kid, you’ll shoot you’re eye out” Ho, Ho, Ho!
  5. Hermes, agreed on Einstein. I like people who are not Pollyanna, but also not doom and gloom. I guess it’s a matter of people can look at glass half full or empty. Measured optimism is always appreciated. I know we have flaws, but so does all 31 teams besides us. We definitely need a 1st round WR, younger top safeties, and we already may have fixed the OC who now makes sense. On the flip side, we finally have a solid OL and DL, good TE’s, a fine Scat Back, and a serviceable banger for a RB. When Milano returns, we’ll have a solid LB Corp as Bernard has surprised all of us. Elam may have been a disappointment, but Benford is a pleasant surprise. I feel terrible for Tre, but we had the steal trade of the NFL in Douglas. Joseph has been a fine substitute for Jones. So yes, we have flaws. We also have strengths.
  6. Go get ‘em tiger! F&$#k the Cowgirls!
  7. I normally don’t like the doom and gloom talk, in this case it’s warranted. His contract is up this year, and although he has it between the ears, his legs have slowed. I’d say it’s time if he is placed on IR he won’t return.
  8. Both ways in the rain.
  9. All true, and the storm coming tomorrow and Sunday seems somewhat significant. I’ve lived here so long after growing up in Hamburg, I never fret over it. It just means I’ll get a lot of Amazon prime mixed with hopefully at least one gym workout this weekend.
  10. For the Panos family to make another stupid decision. I’d have no confidence in that franchise. Mind you, I have no issues with LAC, and like Herbert.
  11. I never wanted to believe it, but an Achilles is one of the worst injuries in the NFL, and he may have sunsetted from the NFL. I’m not quick to throw out a previous all pro, but how many catastrophic injuries can he survive?
  12. Thanks Gary. This has been two weeks, but I’m slowly coming out of it.
  13. I fell asleep early last night. COVID has kicked my butt. I was proud I never caught it for almost four years, and I’m in hospitals, Infectious Disease and CCP offices everyday. I finally caught it felt like garbage for two weeks. Enough of my whining, I was shocked seeing the Raiders score. They destroyed the Chargers. With the new Brady offense, I can see us winning the last three. This Sunday’s a toss up. At least it’s in OP.
  14. Girls fan, I hope you have a wonderful time. If you’re staying in OP or Hamburg, my parents were out every Friday at Hoak’s for a fish fry. I used to get the leftovers. It was delicious. BTW- across the street is my High School, St. Francis. That’s also the alma mater of Brian Daboll, Chris Polian, David Caldwell, and Tom Telesco. All coaches or former GM’s of NFL teams.
  15. I expected this to happen, but what concerns me more is the nature of the fields in these international games. This year in London was a joke. I don’t want to see needless injuries, because they don’t want to ruin their soccer fields.
  16. Bills 28-24. The cowgirls will put up a fight, and will come down to the last drive. We won’t roll them, and they won’t roll us. Then we can run it.
  17. I’m actually not happy as I wanted him to suffer year in and out in mediocrity. 7-10 to 8-9 each and every year to ensure it cements it was always Brady, not the 3D chess crap.
  18. Beck, the matter is settled, and now it should be about 2nd chances whether it’s with us or another team. It’s unrelated, but the Von mess is not helping. It stinks in the court of public opinion, they should be seen as unrelated, but they won’t be by the media.
  19. Guys, I’m sire both of you know it, but they always give the home team 1.5 pts. It’s not 3 anymore, so the guys in the dessert believe it’s a pickem game.
  20. We had almost every win we needed this weekend including the Fish last night.
  21. I remember this guy. The OG Bills Mafia
  22. Ethan, they only have to drop to the Cowboys and Baltimore. We beat them and we win the head to head as we’re both 11-6 with us sweeping them. Not four. Yep, I’m guessing if we beat the Cowboys, then we win throughout, and I don’t see the Fish beating the Ravens and Cowboys. So yes, we can finish both 11-6.
  23. Win over Dallas and we are for real. We squeaked by the Chiefs today, but we finally won a tough game. I’m so happy we won today, and had fun with the boys at my local watering hole. We beat the Cowgirls, and people will take us seriously. We will beat the next three after the Boys. 11-6 is a nice fit, and as much as I don’t care about the media, they’ll shut up when we win 5 in a row. That means the 4th AFCE winner, and get at least 1 home game.
  24. Utah, you’re as always right, but Cook is more of a Scat Back, and not as powerful as the Thurmonator. Not sure of you guys remember that nickname. Cook can become incredible in time, and just needs a compliment of a banger. Right now we have Murray, and Fournette even though IMO he’s finished. Maybe Johnson can be that guy. What we really need is a 2nd WR. I’d trade up a bunch of picks to get one of the top guys, but depends on the chart as people still follow the J. Johnson chart. If we get the WR, we have the line, the TE’s, RB for the most part, and for sure the QB. Davis needs to go. He’s done fine for now, but just not consistent. We need more. Cincy has 3 top WR’s. Seattle has 3 top WR’s. We need at least a 2nd, and Shakir can be a good slot #3.
