He played well in college with Allen so he’s worth at least evaluating in camp. Then we’ll see. there’s a difference between the third best receiving TE in football in 2019 (Ertz) and an over the hill beat up 36 year old who is desperate to get a job. Saint, I don’t disagree, but he was relegated to the third TE in Seattle. He has a chance as Don points out for the 1st position with us given how weak that position group is on our team. Considering Holloster has a 67% completion vs. 55% for Knox, and was a teammate of Allen at Wyoming, I think very probable he has a chance. Should be a fun camp. Let the best sticky hands man win. It’s debatable. Some football people think there is even more value in competitive practices than a pre season game. If we weren’t playing WFT, I would’ve thought Sean and Rivera would’ve done something together. I’ve noticed teams usually practice opposite conference and where there is a connection. With three pre season games, I think that’s fine. I just want every opportunity to evaluate our depth.

I don’t disagree with almost all you’re points. Venting is fine, and personal decisions is fair. It’s saying I won’t get vacc. And screw the PA and NFL and I’ll do whatever I want. That part is why he caught so much heat. I don’t think it’s right to slam someone on a health decision. Just accept what you’re employer expects from you. I don’t want to see him go anywhere, just quietly adhere to the rules unless they change. I don’t think that is unreasonable from his boss.

I think someone referenced Canada as it’s been so hard to get into since the pandemic. If you stay on the American side, go to cave of the winds as it’s so much fun and can do the maid of the mist. Just make sure to tell you’re future wife she’s going to get sopping wet even with rain slickers and for her bring a scrunchie or two. Cheap air dry clothes and no expensive sunglasses and sneakers. They will not survive. It’s definitely worth it. When I flew my kids up two years ago (our yearly bills game trip) they absolutely loved this adventure from someone who’s never seen it. You literally walk under a small portion of the falls.

A strongly worded letter. You sound like my dad. 🤣. I know you were just sarcastic. I don’t think its his remarks whether people agree or disagree. It’s if he means it, and is a major distraction by making some stand on refusing to wear a mask, be tested daily etc. Him talking to the media like he’s Norma Rae is not going to rip our team apart. Other players in the league have made provacative remarks on a variety of topics. It’s not being able to count on him to be on the field if he refuses to comply and thus repeatedly suspended. I trust McD should be able to talk him down as he has a calm demeanor and will most likely acknowledge his POV and personal choices.

Abuse on any level to a child (17 and younger and you’d know that if you’re a parent) is wrong. there is no parsing it. It’s all wrong. One can state well this person had it worse etc. but it’s all wrong. I understand to allow the process play out. That statement makes sense, but there is absolutely no justifying even if it has been done to you. None. I can certainly bring up a lot of examples of people who didn’t continue to do it after done to them. More of us than not know people who have been hurt in one way or another.
