  1. Blasdell Pizzeria is awesome and there is a location on Southwestern about 10 minutes tops. Best pizza subs ever. Lots of other good suggestions. They have great wings, but we’re talking about Buffalo so just about anywhere you go the wings are good.
  2. Retiring doesn’t fix his problem. He can do it to force a trade, but GB has his rights so if he wants to unrefined, GB still has the power over him. Seems silly to me. Im in agreement I’m sick of him. Makes me appreciate Josh that much more. Aaron has been a whiner for a long time.
  3. Mods, a thanks for allowing this thread to remain open as I see the guys trying to keep it to football locker room etc. Ive read about half of them and became bored. Now at least anyone who puts up another tweet etc., you guys can just move it to this one, and be done with it. This should all settle down next week. Go Bills!
  4. Correct and the Saints beat the Bucs twice in season, but now Brees is gone. My point is not the prowess of the Saints, but 5e Bucs just didn’t steamroll everyone last year. The Bears beat the Bucs last year. Nothing is a lock.
  5. My gut is this will calm down in camp. McD will sit these guys down and they will table their public comments. It will go unsaid, but anyone not getting football back on their mind will be let go to a point. Remember Spain. Very different situation as they gave him an extension, tried to show good faith. He didn’t play well in the beginning of the season and I’m sure was talked to on his regression. It didn’t quite have a positive effect so they are benching him. He creates noise in the locker room, so they cut him, but don’t say anything negative about Spain in the media. Regarding this situation, McD gets them back into football. They will get talked to if any player keeps making this a distraction in social media. The next step is they may get less playing time, and finally a consistent pain would be cut. The team will come together and it will be fine. McD is going to lean on Josh to help calm the situation down. What would’ve been nice is if we still had Kyle or E. Woods in the locker room. That would have an immediate impact. it’s not like since the NFL pushed the issue with the recent memo other players on other teams haven’t been vocal.
  6. Just another example I’ve told my sons the avg. IQ is 100. That means half of this world is below it. Make sure you make decisions confirming you’re over it. No banter on sports is worth even getting that upset. You’re at a bar (not that i go to them anymore) and a friendly banter ensues on two teams. It starts getting personal then just excuse yourself, not even worth raising you’re voice.
  7. well I’ve said in 1973 in 14 games OJ ran FOR 148.1 yards per game. The best ever even back in the 12 game era with Jim Brown. OJ as a person is rotten. I think in offense we may be redefining that Best bills offense ever to a guy who wears 17. It will take another decade and consistency, but certainly possible.
  8. Some industries are Mandating vaccination for entry of work. Not just first responders but in medical device sales, biotechnology sales and depending on pharma meaning how close the interaction is to patients they won’t hire you and right in the hr description on hiring practices. Not a law, but they just meaning hospitals or other facilities Barr you unless you show you’re card. I’m not saying right or wrong, Im only saying these are private industries and if it’s right in an hr description, you can bet it’s not against the law. the two coaches fired weren’t smart. If they were top all 22 talent maybe they can just follow the protocols and make their choice. The backups, assistant coaches, and so on, are taking a risk. Most organizations won’t say they were fired because a vacc. Declination, but the message is going to be clear to these guys. Not debating the ethical nature of right or wrong here, just the reality.
  9. Seattle, Rams #1 defense and upgraded whether people want to admit it QB, SF key losses back who went to the SB and were winning for 3 and 1/2 quarters, Rodgers will be back and the WR will settle down, and NO was out when Brees retired. This is far from settled and of the Bucs make the SB great, but then I’m biased as I’ve lived here the last half of my life. As long as we beat the Chiefs and then beat Brady, I could care less. Where I’ll agree is the ascending AFC young QB’s is impressive where the NFC guys are getting older.
  10. Nice positive Hap. Gabe will be a very nice addition. I’d rather for me not compare to anyone other than himself. He’s gained JA’s trust so I expect an increase this year in yards. He will have an increased role. How can you not love the toe taps to the outside, caught ball low to the ground in the end zone, etc. Besides the future given age only is a lock for Diggs and Davis. We can only hope Hodgins asserts himself this year which makes it that much easier to figure out what to do with Beasley and Sanders after this year. Not a lock these two are gone or they will stay and how long. Thats why I’m hopeful on Hodgins and maybe even McKenzie shows a little more this year. Then next year maybe we can work more in our off season on the TE position.
  11. JP, well written. The obvious answers for improvement is defensive line, and it’s not like Beane hasn’t invested lots of resources Star, H Phillips, Oliver, Jefferson, Butler, Addison, Epenesa, Basham, and Rousseau. That’s not even all of them. Not that all have worked out, but Beane keeps swinging. I regretted we didn’t just cut Butler and Addison on top of Jefferson and used the $ for Ngakoue, but it didn’t happen. At this point it’s up to Frazier and McD to coach this unit up and use well. Its the chicken and egg for the O Line vs. RB’s for more effective running production. I agree we don’t need more running plays, we just needed more effective runs when we used that tool. Again, I see this as a coaching and scheme issue. They by mid season had the best five last year so less changes I expect for this year. The LG looks like the only real competition as the other battles on the line are for depth. The top three RB’s will duke it out for the lead position. I’m interested in all three for different reasons. If I were friends with Antonio Williams, I’d implore him to be the best on ST to supplant Jones. It’s not that I don’t like Jones, but he can’t play RB. Williams flashed at RB, so if he were equal to Jones at the 4th RB spot, that’s how he makes the team.
  12. Other in that one can make an argument several of these guys could help in spot duty, but there is always an opportunity cost. Roberts was an excellent returner, but a luxury pick. I think he was offered $2 mil. Or so on another team. The obvious is there was a cap reduction. The whole league is making hard decisions and there were tons of veteran middle of the pack players who were going to either take less or be cut. Beane is leaning on every tool he has to make this team work.
  13. We were #1 in kickoff returns avg. and 4th in punt Returns as an avg.
  14. Haze, thank you and if he/she purposefully was texting or emailing while driving, have at it. I’ve also seen persons spill their coffee, get startled and swerve. I’m sure the truth will come out, and if reckless this persons should be prosecuted especially now that is caused a loss of life. That’s horrible so again thank you.
  15. So, I may be missing something. What I know is this poor coach was on a bike ride. He was hit by a car, was critically injured, and now died which is a tragedy. I am so sorry for this family’s loss of life. What I didn’t read or hear is some verified reports of the driver on the phone, texting, drunk or anything else. I just scanned through all of this so if I missed a report, news, an arrest, seriously, let me know. Tragic accidents happen. If the police arrest the driver then absolutely everything written I couldn’t agree more. I am guilty at a red light, stopped, can quickly glance at a work email. if I have to respond I pull over.
  16. Gugs, already way there. Please no more talk of impotence, poking or anything else. Rodney had it right with you and Thurm who I like as well. Not a BLM thing before anyone goes there. Just what he said which is really true on most points in life. I hate when you guys do this but that’s my problem not yours at all. I like when all of us just make simple points about the team we all love and not take shots. Again, I just hate when I know two guys on this board who are both good guys and as my grandmother you to say, get you’re rhubarb up.
  17. You know they caught him at the Todd theater in Tampa right. If you don’t know the Todd, use you’re imagination. Even Weo wouldn’t go in there. 🤪🏋️‍♂️🦬
  18. I would’ve loved to see what Moulds could’ve done on a team with a top QB. Not Todd Collins, Alex Van Pelt, Flutie, R. Johnson and Stone Hendge Bledsoe. What if he played with Favre, P.Manning, Brady, or even Elway at the end of his career? Ya don’t undastand Charlie, I coulda been somebody, playin at the gaadin, Not a one way ticket to palookaville.. Pretty much wraps up Moulds. I hope maybe the local media gives him more opportunities to be remembered or interviewed by WGR, etc. as he really was one of the few shining spots in a lot of bad years. At least he didn’t yell like Donuts, STELLA, STELLA!!
  19. As far as Allen GB, that makes sense they play 8 back, but some teams tried that last year and didn’t work. We are on the presipus of laying a guy $42-44 mil./yr.. I think they will be careful not to let him run more than 400 yards total. thanks again guys for summarizing.
  20. Thx Wiz. I just didn’t have the time today or would’ve been happy to listen. I’m hopeful on Hollister and Epenesa, not so much on Wallace. He’s ok, certainly not as bad as some think, but my prediction is Dane grabs the job by mod year. I seriously doubt Allen leads rushing. 2018 600+ yrds 2019 500+ yrds 2020 400+ yrds Notice a trend. I can see 350-425 yards, but that’s a really low bar Moss, Singletary, or Breida can’t beat those numbers.
  21. So you’re pitching Ridge? Robb, you know with each year the daughter looks more and more like her mother. Just sayin….. 🦬😂🤣😇🤩 Just kidding and don’t really you’re better half.
  22. Thurm do you mind listing the other three as it’s nice to scan and respond if it’s a tight schedule for work stuff. Besides I trust you’re summary given you’re history of thoughtful responses. thanks bud if you can add. Appreciate you posting though.
  23. I think our defense with a real off season should come out a lot closer to how we played from the Seattle game and closing the year. The only really bad game post AZ was KC. On offense of we weren’t playing a 17th game, and a potentially weaker schedule, If say it’s tough to repeat. It probably will happen, but we could score 480 pts. and get even closer to the SB. This is going to be a fun year.
