It’s a judgement of the regular season so the votes are in before the playoffs start. Every comment about having to make the SB is irrelevant in that the vote is in. Week 18 is McD’s last chance to convince voters he’s COY. As I mentioned in he deserved it a helluva lot more than Stefanski in 2020. We broke out as we all know from 10-6 and knocked out of the playoffs to crazy numbers with 13-3. I’m not Sure what McD can do to make this would happen as he’s already expected with this team to be in contention for the SB. The one thing I’m guessing that could help is securing the #1 seed, and with this cast of characters he wins convincingly against some of the top teams. No Wiz, just giving you color to you’re right bud. I know it’s a regular season vote.

Bates Cubed? what’s next? To the 4th Power. It’s always good when you can find you’re Wang.

GB and this one is obvious. I know there’s hype over Detroit, and by some analysts they’ve improved their O Line, and already have weapons so should see improvement. That doesn’t mean anyone is sniffing the North, but GB. I do prognosticate Detroit could make it to 7-8 wins, not necessarily will. Who knows how MN will do with a coaching staff as Zimmer was a hard ars, and stuck in the 90’s with running game and good defense. Cousins is nothing more than a game manager so probably another 9 win type season. Chicago will be in the basement as they are a dumpster fire and probably be lucky to see 4 wins. That’s being generous. They are aiming for the #1 pick next year. The problem is they just picked Fields so would they take another QB, whether they have a top 5 pick, or will they make the smart moves. Act patient as so many losing owners do and just keep firing people and make quick, rash decisions. If they surround Fields over the next three years with top talent protecting him, weapons built, and build up the defense, maybe he can be a decent QB, but they’ve been in purgatory so long, I don’t know if anything will change. I know it took new ownership for us, and thus correcting a knee jerk reaction with Wrex before the Pegulas learned to become solid owners. It was almost worth the mistake the Pegulas made with Wrex, almost. I say to myself anyone has to do it wrong before they do it right. I’m sure you guys know the old phrase “Mistakes are opportunities for learning. Just learn them and don’t continue to repeat”. This is how I see the NFCN. GB 11-6 to 12-5 MN 9-8 to 10-7 DT 6-10 to 8-9 CH 2-15 to 4-13 I’m giving ranges as I’m not the Great Carnac. For those of you youngins who don’t know the reference. Honestly, it was mostly before my time too, but my mom used to always love JC remembering as a toddler.

Bills Coach Sean McDermott Details Skin Cancer Battle
machine gun kelly replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
Although I’ve not had that personal experience, my best friend and workout buddy for 18 years has had more treatments, removals, and scans than I can count. He takes every precaution, and has for years. Im glad McD takes it so seriously. -
I love when you post these comedy acts. Unfortunately, there’s more than a few who on this board who looked eerily similar to this guy in the final minutes of the Bills Chiefs game ie. 13 seconds. I never worry about the Cowgirls as the owner will surely find new ways to derail his own team year after without fail.
-
That’s the Cowgirls HC by week 8. Howd they do in their playoff game last year? About as well as the Raiders.
-
Its a good question Big Al, but guesses now is like throwing darts blindfolded. All subsequent replies will be WAG’s. Its a good question though and I trust our coaches will develop at least one UDFA and will be somewhere eventually on our team even if it’s a ST guy.

Weo has a point in that Allen was inaccurate when entering the league. If we remember back to 18, he tried to do everything he could to win, and as much as I’m gulping saying it Kiler called it when drafted. He said Allen lost three of his best players in the draft his Second to last year and had to do everything his final year. That took undoing as he walked into the same hot mess in Buffalo. We all know the purge the scary dump and be in cap hell in 18 with arguably the worst O Line and WR in the NFL and not much of a running game. He was broken of bad habits over time with coaching in the season and out of the season to trust his guys and Beane slowly filled the well with talent around him. National analysts are so enamored with his growth over the four years, but he gets all the credit for breaking hero bad habits, surrounding him with talent (credit to McD, Daboll, and Beane) and his neverending drive to be the best. I submit with his god given talent and his drive to be the best, it’s what made him who he is today. Yes, he has the most raw talent in my eyes in the NFL, but he also took advantage of that talent and didn’t squander it. I don’t think Lalmer is really saying he’s the best QB yet, but he has the most talent and can ascend to being the best over the next decade. Even more than Mahomes and Herbert. Significant challenges and struggles can break a man, or can help him be the man he is today, and he’ll never forget it. You guys will hate this example, but one of the reasons Brady is who he is today after 22 years is he won’t let himself forget his struggles being overlooked in college, and in the draft, and only had a chance with a life threatening injury to His predecessor. Think about and I mean really think about Brady his first starting year. He was nothing compared to what he was 5 and 10 years later. He had an incredible defense, and everything on offense to get to that Rams SB, but he had tj e hunger to win and overcome his failings. Thats an example of what I see from Allen 5, 10, and he’s 15, years from now with these new WB rules. He’ll just need to keep evolving and using his running skills more sparingly as the decade progresses as he can remain uninjured if so. Talent yes, called the best get, no. (He needs the ring to get in that conversation). He’ll do it! I’m 100% confident. Maybe it’s this year. He’s certainly put in the work.

Josh Allen Making Bill Mad: A Hype Video
machine gun kelly replied to mykidsdad's topic in The Stadium Wall
Huddle, the thing that incensed me the other day was I was in the car and some Pats fan called in and was trying to tell the guys Mack is better than what the analysts have assessed. “Hell, Mack even beat the Bills last year so he’s a much better rookie QB than you guys are staying”. I almost ripped the radio out of my car and hit someone! I was so mad I started yelling out loud in the car espousing, HE THREW THREE PASSES THE SCHMUCK”. BB needs 50 mph winds to get a chance and he couldn’t even do that right in 2020. We still won with the Zimmer stripped ball. Anyway, thanks No Huddle. Screw BB and we will sweep them again twice this year and the next, and the next. That’s 9 of 11 wins with hopefully BB throwing whatever IT he can find, and BB is asked progressively more and more about how JA17 has his number. -
Josh Allen Making Bill Mad: A Hype Video
machine gun kelly replied to mykidsdad's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is funny the only two times BB lost his sh@t, was against the Bills. Tell youre kid we said thanks for the laugh. JA and company gave him enough material from the last two games alone in 21 inc the wildcard. I donT know if any other clips are from 20, but I’m sure there is great material in there as we crushed them then in the 2nd game. Apparently BB prays to wind gods for him to have a chance. -
KJ, always good hearing from you and yes, good points. Frazier has been selective and declined if I remember correctly the Texans interview before Cully was hired. He’s going to have to accept dumpster fires if he wants a chance. He reminds me a little, but not as good of Monte Kiffin from the Bucs. Back then, when Gruden was hired the Glaziers made him one of the highest paid DC’s as they needed him to keep the defense rolling, but at his age, no team gave him serious consideration for the HC. I was here back then and remember him getting passed over. Some guys are pudge on holes into certain assistant positions. Scar neck is known for being an awesome O Line coach, but never heard of him in any serious OC interviews. I don’t seriously think 13 seconds ruined him. It’s his body of work. He’s respected as a good DC, but he is most likely overshadowed by McD having an impeccable reputation before as a DC being a Jimmy Johnson descendant (the Philly one). In addition, his first go around at MN was not exactly stellar. Those points are more heavily weighed than a myopic 13 seconds. Besides by that game most HC we’re hired or in 2nd or 3rd interviews. He probably doesn’t like to get an interview simply because of the Rooney rule, but will never get serious consideration as he wants to be considered on his merits as applaud him for his previous comments. I still think he’s a good DC, and we had the #1 defense and a top 4 defense as an aggregate since here, and that is with last year an avg D Line at best. He has a harder schedule with KC, Rams, the NFCN, and AFCN, and TN this year. We also made serious upgrades to the D Line and Kyler Elam over Wallace. I’m hopeful he gets the most out of this talent and repeats the top 2 position.

Are we talking about Jordan Phillips as we didn’t draft him, but we placed a value on him and he received more from AZ, just like we needed him from Miami and we outbid Miami. If another Phillips, it escapes me. The point Eball is making on we place a value on these guys, let them prove themselves in their rookie contract, we place a value on a guy and if outbid, it’s why GM’s make $, because they have to make hard decisions. Wyatt Teller is a good example of a miss, I’m sure Beane would’ve liked a do over, but hindsight is 20/20. We’ve also had it right more than enough times. During the last cycle, we’ve extended Hyde, Poyer (1st and 2nd team All pros after their last extensions, Tre, and on and on. Again it’s a judgment call and armchair AB’s always think they are the smartest guys in the room when they don’t have the consequences on the line.

Bills-Sabres weekends 2022
machine gun kelly replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall
I hope you guys have fun as my sister works for the Sabres, but the NHL never took for me. I wish the Packers game was earlier in the season as this blood has thinned over the 2nd half of my life. I went to the Redskins game in early November in 2019 and although around 40 degrees, the 45-50 mph winds taught me I’m not taking time off of work, flying four of us (my 3 kids and myself) to there tickets, etc. is not worth freezing my petute off. I’ll get my fill of Mighty Taco, Blasdell Pizza, and Beef on Weck for the Steelers weekend. You guys have fun as many of you it’s only a long distance drive for you. I at least get to pile up the kids in my Dad’s home for free, and a borrowed car from the family. -
Pro Football Network Top Interior Defensive Linemen
machine gun kelly replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed on each point. Oliver should see brighter days in year 4 now with Settle, J. Phillips, Jackson, Von, and an emerging GROOT. He’ll never have the best stats as McD runs that rotation to keep everyone fresh. So it’s harder to do, but reading between the lines of what he does when on the field is the best way to evaluate him. I think he’s going to have a breakout year. The problem is too many people and analysts compared Oliver to the best DT in football in Donald. That was unfair to Oliver as it sets up him to look as a failure. -
But, but in another thread we’re questioning Beane’s decisions (or should I say dissecting every decision in the last four years). The silliness if hyper questioning every little thing a man who was named GM of the year by the people in the know must minimizes anyones position. Thats my POV, but it’s a total position considering drafting, yes players we drafted on another team doing well, free agent acquisitions, and trades. If Beane is sooo bad, how is it that the Bills are on top of the power rankings and Vegas has them poised to be most likely to win the SB? OP, thanks for sharing the story. Baltimore seems to draft ether than most teams over the last decade and more. BTW- they also have a bunch of misses, but it’s looking at a GM in totality. For an example, Baltimore is also predicted with a big comeback year moving back to what they did well in a steady dose of 13 personnel. Im assuming John Harbaugh has been second guessed by a bunch of Baltimorons on their board even though next to BB he’s one of a select group of winning more than most coaches like Tomlin who’s never had a losing season. That may change this year, but doesn’t mean he’s not an overall winning coach and many here if they were being honest with themselves would swap the Bills record with the Steelers over a 15 year period with two SB rings. You Guy get my rant. Anyone can dissect one or even a few decisions over a period of time and deduce whatever fits an agenda. The guys on this board who look at the big picture see the good and bad and don’t focus on one side vs. the other. I know Beane and McD are not perfect, it they have done more right than wrong and it shows by 4 out of playoff appearances and the wins are increasing in the playoffs the longer that we look at this regimes record. I expect we will make a deep run this year, but it’s impossible to see the future. 13 seconds or the Cardinals fluke Hail Mary prove those points. Have a wonderful day gentlemen.

Highmark stadium seating question???
machine gun kelly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yolo, I agree with Greg. If you can get between the 35’s, especially the lower end of the 300’s are great for really seeing the game. My favorite seats are the first row of the 300’s having the railing to put up you're feet. Like anything else, the wind is always the factor. I know I may fly up for the Steelers game as it’s only Mid-October and the weather shouldn’t be that bad. -
I hate to admit, but I don’t remember this reporter. Someone referenced Countdown with Boomer so must have been the 80’s. I’m sorry for his family, and at least he lived an 82 year life. I say that with in my mind my Dad who turns 92 this August in mind. He still golfs twice a week, and barely on meds.
