Disagree here. He just beat every coverage we threw at him including Tre man up. He’s a beast. IMO he wrecked our whole game plan.

I get the feeling that he coached like a guy that knew the other side had been a step ahead of them all night long. They anticipated what we were doing most of the night while we just reacted.

One of my favorite plays of the game was when Lamar tried to escape the pocket to the right and Jerry was just standing there waiting. Held his edge and played incredibly smart. Didn’t go for the sack, just did his job by turning him back into the well where his help was waiting. I think having that C on his chest has done wonders for him. Tua hasn’t looked great but he’s supposed to be a generational talent so I don’t see them using that high of a pick on a QB. I expect them to take the best non QB or trade the pick.
