  1. Amen- and we’ll have to spend a first rd pick in order to watch this unfold
  2. https://kevingeeksout.com/thiskevin/the-duke-of-doubt-and-mascot-nemeses/ the comments seem to give more perspective as well. Pretty funny and spot on comparison. I was around for him but don’t remember. I was born in 74.
  3. No, but I’m about to look into it lol
  4. Oh I know. Top 5 worst trolls I can remember in 20 years. Can’t take him seriously in the least.
  5. lol, thankfully, I must’ve missed his rant on the subject. I figured he’d be happy that we would possibly fill MLB without spending our 1st or 2nd rd pick on the position.
  6. Agreed. If Brown is terrible and we come up short, it could cost Beane his job. It won’t…. But it should be considered. I’m really hoping that we’re the idiots and Brown will be much improved . All signs point to Brown, Doyle and Quess being our only options. 😢
  7. I’d be ok with it if our 1st 2 picks were Washington and Bergeron. Giving Josh more protection. While I don’t think Washington is a great receiving threat- I think he’s an amazing red zone chess piece- and we need that. He might be niche and a luxury, but if there’s a draft where you want to roll the dice on that, this is the one. He’d be valuable in the run game, pass game and in the red zone. He’s a matchup problem that can create a lot of confusion. that said- I understand why people wouldn’t want him. He’s not in my top 5 of hopefully picks, but I think he can be an asset
  8. Lions, seattle, philly, pitts, chargers
  9. I hear ya. I’m not usually one to make guarantees as anything can happen, but I just don’t think it’s possible for Wright to fall to us considering the competition to be selected
  10. I’m good. I can’t help but try and make some money off of other people’s convictions. the weak class is compounded by the fact that the other tackle prospects are mostly also right tackles. If there were some 2nd round prospects that were LTs OT could push wright out. But I don’t see any except, maybe Bergeron. And he’s probably much better at RT or OG as well. I think he goes early to mid 2nd based on the class
  11. There really isn’t another way to respond. Posting links and scouting reports doesn’t prove anything. The scouting reports don’t take into consideration the other talent competing for the 27 spots. I’m not going to waste my time on a back and forth about a topic that can only be proven on draft day. It’s an opportunity to make some money. it’s a weak draft and the league is really lacking in offensive line play, probably more than any other unit. I can’t see a way that he lasts til 27 when compared to the other talent on the board.
  12. Sounds good- put your money where your mouth is. My $100 to your $75 that Wright is gone by 27.
  13. Right- there’s a chance- there’s also a chance that Jalen Carter falls to us, so I shouldn’t say “No chance” to him either. next time I’ll say there’s no chance in my opinion….which I thought was implied, but isn’t always I suppose
  14. You think we’d give them Ed and 27 and get back 18 AND a 2nd or 3rd rd pick?? Cmon man. You need to chill with the wake and bake
  15. Just wait til we draft Mazi Smith
  16. The chiefs signed Dunlap last year and he played him about 40-60% of the snaps all season. Won the SB
  17. Do you have visions of Wil Wolford, Jim Ritcher, Glenn Parker, Kent Hull and House Ballard too? Becasue those guys made things happen. We have Spencer Brown if you didn’t know
  18. And we traded up for Elam😔 If we want a WR- I hope we get one that can run routes. Addison going a couple picks before- I think Beane trades up. I think he has a first round grade on him and wants a 1st round player- like elam. Let’s just hope he doesn’t have a first rd grade on Hyatt and trades up for him. Some good can come about from drafting Hyatt and starting Spencer Brown: we’ll probably draft higher next year and won’t miss out on the real first rd WRs and OTs. We can draft one @ 21
  19. Bwhahahahahahahhahaha!! Grundles!!!! You’ve been having nightly (and day) dreams of Bijan haven’t you?
  20. That all make sense- great insight that said- I think we move up. I expect the run on offensive playmakers from the teens to 26- leaving us with a WR that doesn’t run any routes. I don’t have any confidence in Dorsey making Hyatt work. I just woke up- so I’m a little cloudy, but I think I’d rather go Mazi Smith rd 1 tbh- and I detest the thought of Mazi Smith at 27. Just a hunch- the Steelers draft Nolan Smith- he seems like a steeler fit to me. Ravens too…. But they pick after Pittsburgh. Highsmith is a nice compliment to Watt, but his rookie contract is up after the season and he won’t be cheap.
  21. Johnny Lumpkin- TE- Ragin Cajuns. Reason I think he’ll succeed: his name is Johnny Lumpkin. Obv
  22. https://nfltraderumors.co/dolphins-signing-wr-chosen-robbie-anderson/ Money not announced. Very solid signing if it’s 1.7M or less. I’m not a fan of the guy but they don’t have much at WR outside hill, waddle and Berrios. Cedrick Wilson couldn’t even beat out Sherfield for WR3.
  23. Anyone thinking that Mahomes would’ve turned out this good in Buffalo is smoking crack.
