Yeah, the stacked ravens defense that wasn’t missing all of their Lbers, 2 starting corners, had their best pass rusher relegated to a hobbit and who’s great safety tandem got torched all game? Definitely all mcds. I’d have loved to see that ravens d play with Aj Klein, a hobbled Tyrell Dodson and Dane Jackson playing the lions share of snaps. If thats the only way to defeat the chiefs in the playoffs, they’re going to win several more SBs so again…..was it mcds fault that the offense didn’t score any points in the last 18 minutes? because every loss is his fault.
-
Correct- I’ll say it again- McDermott is not without fault. He’s 💯 part of the reason we haven’t won a SB. He’s just not the only reason. so I’ll ask again- what part did McD play in the offense not scoring any points in the final 18 minutes vs the chiefs? Was that his fault? Did that happen to play a part in the loss? Is ANY team going to beat Mahomes and Reid after not scoring for the final 18 minutes in the playoffs? ….. meanwhile his defense got stops on the last 2 possessions….. when the team absolutely needed them to. but yeah- the loss was on him 💯 👌

🤣 Obv mcds fault that the offense didn’t score in the last 18 minutes of the game vs machines and Reid! OBV mcds fault

2023- offense doesn’t score a point in the last 18:23 of the game……. Not part of the equation? Interesting

So mcd, who wasn’t the defensive play caller most seasons, is the only reason we haven’t won a SB
-
Players not making enough plays- coaches getting out coached- injuries. Combination of all 3 is why we are what we are. I don’t think this is very hard to understand. Watch the games- it’s pretty obvious to me. those that think there is one reason we haven’t won a SB don’t understand the game properly. Our season hasn’t ended 4 years in a row because of one thing

I was a Cam Lewis hater 2 years ago- this past season, I thought he played fairly well in his limited opportunities. He can play S and the slot, which is why he has a stranglehold on a roster spot. Especially this season without a viable backup for Taron and all the injuries at S. Makes sense to me

Consider the source. He bashes 99% of the time. Malcontent sounds like you need a new past time then

I don’t know the post june 1 numbers, but his dead cap is almost 17M if he’s cut. Looks as if we will pay 2-3M more in cap in order to release him. He’s not great, but if that is that case, cutting him makes no sense imo

Bills acquire Jets DB and return man Brandon Codrington

Because they like this kid more. Obv -
This is the only cut in sad about- thoroughly confused. I think j he’s going to be a solid player in the league
-
You might be right….but shavers IS a special teams guy
-
Ouch. That kid has been impressive.

4 TEs here we come!!!

I hope you were jokemaning. Kelce 6’6 and Kincaid is “a few” inches shorter? 🤣 I’ll go with 96-986-6

Maybe for you, as a bills fan. New York State taxes. Living in Buffalo. Cold weather. Likely won’t get a lot of snaps unless someone gets injured. Likely won’t offer much money. I think there might be other places he’d like to go. My point was…..there’s a great reason we would trade for him as opposed to just signing him as a fA. If we trade for him, he doesn’t have to choose us. He doesn’t have a choice
-
He’s not ljkely to be suspended this season imo And more likely that we don’t want him. I didn’t- but he would’ve given us some of the street cred some here like. Multiple 1000 yard seasons means a lot!

Other Teams Cuts That Might Help the Bills

You “may have heard of him”. I’ve watched him play a bunch and would prefer him to Mitch at this point. -

I’d take Mike White over Mitch but I doubt that’ll happen -
Week 1 - Cardinals at Bills - Game Week Thread

Agreed. Arizona will have a formidable offense. -
Similar to Brett Veach and his massive failure last season. it may certainly turn out to be a massive failure, but as of now, its all speculation. Joe Brady will determine if it’s a failure or not, just like Reid determined the same for the chiefs last season. Not a guy on the couch with a phone

Just depends who you are drafting. Keon is a 20 year old raw WR that needed a lot of work on his route running. Everyone knew that. They love the person and his physical stature. He may not be the ideal draftee for those looking for instant impact, but which potential outside WRs could we have drafted that would be ahead of Hollins right now? Xavier Worthy is currently behind Justin Watson fwiw. Piersall is behind Chris Conley and Juaun Jennings. Dalton Kincaid was a 24 year old rookie who didn’t start and was behind an average TE. I get your point, but making assumptions based Depth charts in august isn’t a good way to evaluate a draft pick imo. Some are more ready than others. with my first round pick, I’d rather draft a high upside prospect that will take time to develop than a high floor, lower ceiling player that is ready to start day 1. I also believe that Hollins is better than you and most other think. He’s a monster run blocker and we’re going to be running a lot. He’s going to get a decent amount of snaps based on that alone.
