It was a bad throw. Could he have caught it? Yes. Would we be upset if he didn’t catch it in a regular season/playoffs? Absolutely. Was it a bad throw? Yup

Sorry to hear that my guy. I have almost similar thoughts, but they really only surround 4 things- - Joe Brady - Bobby Babich - Injuries - Tyler Bass - i feel that a good OC can make what we have into a championship caliber offense- remember, we have Josh Allen. Not sure if Brady is a good OC yet. I think a healthy Kincaid, Knox, Shakir, Samuel, Keon, Hollins , Cook, Davis are good enough with 17 as long as the OL is solid - I have no clue how good of a DC Babich is/will be. - neither the OC or the DC have much of a chance if the injuries continue to mount. - playoff games sometimes come down to FG kickers- I don’t have any confidence in the once reliable Bass.
-
No, he just thinks the WRs are the worst we’ve have in the last 40 years. But he knows that Josh Allen is elite and has the ability to give this team a chance
-
Seriously- Worthy is out there getting passes from Mahomes in August, while Keon is getting passes from Falsebisky and people acting like it means something. worthy hasn’t had time to get injured and Keon hasn’t played with qb1. I feel that Keon will show his worth come winter. I wasn’t opposed to drafting worthy due to his speed, but considering our luck with injuries, I felt more comfortable after the draft knowing we have a physical specimen that can be a presence in the red zone, the run game and in the locker room.

Andreessen will make the team - UPDATE: he made it

He really was impressive in the box. Would love to see him tested in coverage this week. If he can be adequate, he could be a contributor in the near future. Looks like he has the juice for it and I bet he’s going to attack his improvement in that area. -
This could really put a damper in our offense. Ffs- this is ridiculous.
-
Correct- I guess the HoF title means a lot more to you than it does to me. I really just look at current player ability. I see Josh as very close to Mahomes, with the ability to be better on any given day. I think the current ability of Kincaid is very close to the current ability of Travis Kelce. Maybe not as good, but not that far off. That’s what’s on the field Sundays- Kcs playcalling >>>> Buffalos

Never stops- sigh

Meanwhile….the entire league made KC look good by not signing him for 2 seasons.

I don’t blame ya!

Of course- that’s why I say the Brady is the biggest factor. We have the HOf QB- we have a TE that can dominate and has HoF upside. Pretty sure Kincaid is capable of 93-984-5. We need the play caller. The guy that can put it all together….on both offense and defense. We’ve yet to have that and it matters. Keeping this on the surface of your statements- as if having a WR with multiple all pro seasons would actually change the outcome….. we’ve seen that it does not. We’ve seen HoF DC Spags take away Diggs in 3 straight playoff games. We’ve seen the Bucs spank the chiefs D in the SB by pounding the rock and throwing to the TE and RBs all game. Evans and godwin combined for 3 catches. Brown had 5-22. There was no way we could’ve added added 2 star WRs this offseason. That certainly would’ve been nice. We have 3 guys that have proven they can get open, catch and run. They just haven’t been featured (and/or lacked capable QBs). They will this season. I think we need a championship caliber play caller and sufficient OL play more than we need a star WR room.
-
Disagree- with our first pick, we we should be drafting the premium position players with the highest upside- not the players with the highest floors. Drafting for the upcoming season is 👎🏻
-
Agreed- but I’d add samuel that Samuel will get some deep balls. He knows how to play the ball better than a lot of “outside” WRs
-
I don’t think both are going to be out wide very often, rather a handful of times per game. I doubt they face press every time they’re out side. Brady will make or break our season imo.
-
Agree with all of this- minus the part about not finding success when lining up both shakir and Samuel in non bunch alignments. Both are capable of running routes on the outside. We’re going to see it, we just aren’t going to see it the majority of the time.
-
As we’ve all said before- prior to the season KC had the worst WRs in the league last season. Zero 900 yard WRs. Zero 800 yard WR. Zero 700 yard WRs. With the proper QB, TE and offensive play caller, great success can be had. Unfortunately i’m more sold on our WRs than I am sold on Brady. The thing that gives me the most hope about him calling plays is knowing that he had crap QBs in the nfl prior to joining the Bills. That’s not a lot of hope, but I’m trying to remain optimistic. I definitely think there will be some growing pains this year, but they could gel come playoffs…. We just have to make it. Right now, i think it’s about 55-45 that we make it considering the schedule and the inevitable injuries to our best players. End rant I agree he’ll be our leading WR. Josh trusts him and he’s pretty dam good. It seems like he’s really putting in the work to improve.

Doesn’t really matter- it’s all on Brady

If you could get a day 2 pick for Cook would you pull the trigger…

He might be Dallas’ QB of the future.- I don’t see them trading him this season
-
1- they played one season- and you’re acting like it’s a closed case- Laporta is better because he out produced him in their rookie seasons……. Wake up. One season doesn’t make him a better player. If Laporta had been drafted to the bills (who had Dawson Knox) and Kincaid to the lions (who had no one) the stats would be very close to reversed. Rousseau was the best pick for this team over Barmore. We had just drafted Ed 2 years prior. We came off a game where we couldn’t get any pressure on Mahomes with Hughes and addison and needed an EDGE rusher in a bad way. You’re wrong. tremaine is better than vander esche and evans. Again, he was the best pick for the position. i brought up Tre because your the guy that brought him up….. every GM misses guys that went later…. Every single one. Such a bad take upon bad take. it appears that your opinion sucks
-
Another terrible you post- So you’re saying that Laporta is 💯 better than Kincaid already? Rousseau was the right pick- who’s better? tremaine not better than Vanderesche or Rashan evans? Darius Leonard wasn’t considered a 1st rd pick by 99% of the world. tre wasn’t a Beane pick, but which corner was better? Elam hasn’t been a good pick to this point but he still might turn out to be the best of what was left. Most wanted Booth. Kyler Gordon and Mccreary play the slot. Cam Taylor Britt wasn’t considered a 1st round talent by anyone.
-
Agreed. With MVS broken, I’d rather just keep 4 TEs. Morris is too good to cut and I like Davidsons upside. Not sure what to do with the logjam at the position but I wouldn’t mind having all 4 of them out there at once from time to time
-
Gore worth keeping on the PS I assume? I’d be ok with that, but no way he should make the roster over Johnson imo. I’d rather keep Evans over gore as well. He’s proven he can make plays
