  1. That’s great!! We’ll get the goal line RB we’ve been waiting for!!! And we’d only have to pay him 50M over 2 years!!?
  2. Dejean then trade up for Mitchell, Polk, McConkey or Franklin. Newton then trade up for Mitchell, Polk, McConkey or Franklin. keep trading back and take Mitchell, Polk, McConkey or Franklin then trade up for jenkins or Fiske
  3. I hear ya. Hard to see the plan when we haven’t made any selections, but it looks like they identified this WR class as deep……. Or they don’t think they need a WR1
  4. And the point that KCs WR room clearly wasn’t good enough in December of 2024. Then suddenly it was. We’re going to add a WR they think will get the job done. Then it’s up to the coaches and individuals to put in the work and make plays on game days
  5. Of course they got better by drafting after drafting a player in rd 1……This has nothing to do with my statement. You act as if worthy is the only WR that can help us. KC would’ve “gotten better” if they had drafted any of the top 10 WRs….. Beane didn’t like Worthy. You mad. Throw fit. Like others.
  6. Or….maybe he did? He said he talked to at least 6-7 teams.
  7. lol…..now Xavier Worthy is Tyreek Hill 2.0 🤦🏻‍♂️
  8. I’m thinking it’s Dejean or Newton first, then trade up for WR and hope you don’t miss them. if we go WR, I think we could look to trade up for Jenkins or Fiske, whichever falls furthest, if at all
  9. Just like Tank Dell was gonna snap in half…..while run blocking
  10. Copy that. Thanks for clearing it up. Sorry about that my guy. the last paragraph is where I differ, but you’re not the only one saying that. I just don’t care what people talk about and how things are seen. I only care about winning a SB and making trades that best benefit us. I don’t care about how the other teams are making out. KC has their fair share of draft pick trade blunders. Just so happens that the 2 that are associated with us turned out to be great for KC. No one associates Skyy Moore with us, but I do. I thought he’d be a target for us 2 years ago and then they traded up ahead of us and snagged him. But he’s 💩
  11. Correct- I misspoke. Doesn’t change the fact that we know have a 3rd rd pick in a draft where there is good value in that range…..and not so much value with the 4th we traded
  12. To me the question becomes: which one will make a play when you need it in the playoffs.
  13. Borderline elite footwork and top notch feints is why I like him
  14. 👍🏻 thanks. Forgot about that. we may look back at this and cry. We may also look back and laugh. I won’t pretend to know either way….but I’m glad we didn’t let another team dictate what we did or didn’t do.
  15. You’re entitled to your opinion. I have a differing one. I don’t think Dallas would’ve taken worthy, but who knows. Maybe SF…. But I don’t think so. Doesn’t fit imo. I don’t think we would’ve stuck it to KC. I think they would’ve gotten him at 32 and kept their 3rd. We’ll never know
  16. You’re saying teams should base their first rd pick on what another team deems as worthy. I can’t get on board with that. Do the work. Make your board and stick with it. If you can’t trust your FO to do that and instead follow another teams board, you should fire your FO. KC thought Mecole hardman was worth a 1st. He wasn’t imo. They thought Skyy moore was worth a 2nd. He wasn’t (although I thought it was a great pick at the time). They thought CEH was worth a 1st. He wasn’t. Maybe we should’ve taken them too. agree to disagree bro.
  17. I can’t get on board with that. We hired a staff of professionals who busted their butts all season scouting these guys. Then when it comes down to our pick, we should select a player that we deemed, pardon the pun, “not worthy” of the selection just because the champions deem him worthy of a trade up? 🤷🏻‍♂️ not a fan of that way of thinking personally but I can understand why others would. Each team has different needs and fits for their scheme. KC has 2 guys that can play outside (maybe one, depending on rice). We don’t really have any that are ideal outside. I like a worthy in the slot, but not so much dealing with press. So I don’t see him as ideal for us (although I wouldn’t have been upset if he was our pick due to having an elite trait). I’m glad we don’t have to worry about him getting smacked and broken in half. I’m also happy that the chiefs took Worthy over Mcconkey. I thought that was a match made in heaven
  18. I’d be very happy if we landed Dejean and Mitchell, Polk, mcconkey or Franklin.
  19. Oops sorry. We upgraded picks in a draft that might be the weakest day 3 in history while also adding a day 2 pick.
  20. Getting additional picks (including a day 2 pick) and being on the board with a handful of players I’d like the bills to draft is cool with me. Am I happy with what he does on day 2? We’ll find out. But I’m good with what we did rd 1.
  21. You’re right. I don’t know that KC would’ve gotten worthy one way or another. I misspoke and I shouldn’t have said that. Speculation. Just like the bolded conclusion to your essay. No? I do believe that KC would’ve gotten worthy whether we had traded with them or not. I’m glad we got the 3rd.
  22. Have a good night. You have no clue. You just think you do. the chiefs may very well win more super bowls…. But it won’t be solely because of this trade. It will be because they have Mahomes, Kelce, jones, Reid and Spags
  23. lol….,please explain how this is even remotely the same thing other than in your scared head? This is gonna get good. Can’t wait to wake up and see the amazing content you’re about to post while on an emo rant. Go on! Please explain how we went through the same thing with McDuffie? Did we bypass McDuffie? Did we trade back with KC and enable them to draft McDuffie? Was worthy the guy we really wanted but KC bamboozled us into thinking he wasn’t actually the guy we wanted? make it make sense. Like real sense…. Not in your head sense….becasue are two completely different things
  24. I know that Beane doesn’t agree. Beane > you. Facts. as a GM, you don’t make selections just so your “arch rival” doesn’t get said player. You just don’t. Disagreeing just makes you wrong. Facts
