Exactly, our run game sucks, so I don't have a problem bringing him in for an extended tryout, but I get the same vibe as I did with the Kelvin Benjamin acquisition. A signing that gets the fanbase excited, but a player whose best days are far behind them that will be out of the league within two years.

Bell is washed. Hasn't done a thing of note on the field in 3 years. That's an eternity when you're talking running backs. Sure, kick the tires on him for the vet minimum, but I don't expect him to provide anything that Singletary or Yeldon aren't already providing.

Yep. You could see it clearly on Tannehill's scrambles. Our guys were chasing their men with their backs to the ball. Tanny could just jog down the field all day.

No, apparently a 4-1 team needs to tear it all down and rebuild when they lose a road game to an undefeated team who was 2 quarters away from the Super Bowl and coming off 16 days of rest.

We gave the Titans 21 points directly off turnovers. Outside of his sideline catch, Andre Roberts was terrible and his dropperception really set the tone for the game. Its easy to look at the score and say we were dominated, but we outgained the Titans and ended with the same yards per play number. The penalties and turnovers were the difference in the game. For whatever reason, we were especially sloppy last night against a very good team and they made us pay. That was a very Patriotsesque performance from the Titans. These types of games occasionally happen to even the best teams. The defense is definitely a concern, but lets see how we do once we are healthy.

Still a decent amount of time left. Need a 3 and out and a quick score though.

Falcons Tak McKinley is someone I'd look at. Atlanta declined his 5th year option and he's been battling a nagging groin injury. They'd probably give him up for next to nothing. Bring him in, let him heal up and learn the system for a couple of weeks, and then use the rest of the season as an extended audition. Could be a nice situational pass rusher down the stretch.

It was insane. I'm no Vikes fan but I feel sick for those dudes right now. Worst case scenario is overtime. And the 8 point lead allows you to play more aggressively on D since you can't lose the game with a touchdown.
