I absolutely love the football discussion…especially those who get into the X’s and O’s because that is not my forte. I’m here because there is no other place that similarly embodies the entirety of the Bills’ fan base, and I love this team like no other.

Perhaps I’m stating the obvious, but it’s Beane’s (and the director of pro personnel’s) job to be keeping an eye on waivers.

It’s a happy addiction for me, particularly since I haven’t lived in Buffalo since ‘93. I’ve also met some real nice people through this site (not you @boyst). Go Bills and thanks @SDS!

I’m glad the 1st string O wasn’t out there much…sucks for fans, but that’s not what is important right now.

One of the many things I dig about Josh is his quick wit. You know he, Mahomes, and Kelce were probably talking about this stuff when they played together at the golf tourney in Tahoe last month.

Maybe McD is evolving. “Humble and hungry” works when you’re a nobody and have to earn your keep. It works for rookies and UDFAs. Perhaps McD isn’t the meathead some think he is, and he realizes that there are superstars in that locker room now who want the damn trophy.

Does anyone have a problem with this? The Bills have won the AFC East three years in a row. It’s one thing to hang the Lombardi when your team hasn’t made the playoffs in umpteen years…it’s another when you’re at the cusp of a championship. I see nothing wrong with reminding everyone of why they’re there.

Everything Beane did this offseason was an effort to improve the team. Now we find out what worked and what didn’t. Same every year. I’ll have fun with it, while you’ll moan and groan about everything. Cheers and Go Bills!

Umm, no. What I and most reasonable fans understand is that expecting every move a GM makes to be perfect is foolish. If these guys are right even half the time they are doing a good job — particularly with drafting. And by the way, I love how you and others actually hold it against Beane that he oversaw the process that identified Josh as their target and then manipulated the draft to go and get him. That’s priceless.

Sometime you should really just sit back and listen to yourself. “Beane hates…” “he doesn’t trust his scouts…” umm, what? Just because Beane doesn’t do what couch potato ScottLaw would do doesn’t mean any of this nonsense. And yeah, Beane has really “held this team back” from being one of the 5-6 teams that has a legitimate shot at the SB each year.

Well, since the guy they would be replacing sucks ass, does it matter?
