  1. Phillips hurt his shoulder in W2. That's the injury that derailed his season.
  2. Fair post. It's unfortunate Phillips got hurt and Settle didn't develop the way many thought/hoped he would. Saffold was an unmitigated disaster, however.
  3. Did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night or something? 🙄
  4. No, but the Pats*** do.
  5. I really like Li’l Dirty the guy. Love his openness, his goofiness, and every team needs (IMO) a “character” like that in the locker room. That said…not an NFL starting WR, and not the sharpest tool in the shed. His highest and best use was jet sweeps. Wish him all the best, and glad the Bills moved on.
  6. Brother, I lived through them all (and went to one). I’m not full of recency bias. The 90s teams were amazing and in this era no team is likely to go to four straight again if even the vaunted Pats*** weren’t able to do it. I’m also a realist. The 90s Bills faltered when it mattered most, and they were far from perfect. Josh Allen is better than Jim Kelly. Stephon Diggs is on par with Andre Reed. They have enough weapons, with the best QB in the league (in my homer-centric opinion), to be the best offense in Bills history. That doesn’t mean I’m trashing the “golden age” of the Bills.
  7. Now I think you’re arguing just to argue. Like I said, if you enjoy watching it, great. It’s not for me, and it’s nothing like watching/following college football. Cheers!
  8. I didn’t even know he did standup. He was hilarious in The Hangover, though…
  9. The Bills’ offenses of the past three seasons (‘20-‘22) rival the 90s Bills; I don’t even know how anyone can say otherwise. No team has more blowout wins over the past three years than Buffalo, and that isn’t just because of the defense. Those 90s Bills, by the way, blew it big time on offense in the biggest games of the season.
  10. C’mon, Promo…of course you do. We obsess over the Bills. Spring “pro” football has absolutely nothing to do with the Bills unless you’re a professional scout. Edit: and if you enjoy watching it, good for you.
  11. My hot take? Watson is done. The dude has no confidence any more and the scandal will continue to follow him incessantly. Lest we forget, this wasn’t one or two women — it numbered in the TWENTIES (that we know of). He’s a serial abuser. Don’t underestimate the psychological toll all of this has taken on him — the legacy he started in Houston (as a player) is irreparably tarnished. Cleveland deserves every bad thing that happens to them while that crook Haslam is the owner.
  12. I really don’t get the “favor for Von” angle one bit. That’s not how Beane operates. This guy’s agent was likely putting out feelers throughout the league and while Beane may certainly have asked Von about his character and how he is as a teammate, they can watch the film for themselves and it is a completely no-risk, nothing-but-upside signing. Odds of Ray making the roster are likely 100 to 1 or greater, but it’s a guy with a pedigree and I don’t know why anyone would “criticize” the move.
  13. I think you guys misunderstand me. I’m simply saying that given a finite amount of free time, watching the XFL or USFL (or CFL) doesn’t move the needle for me one bit. I specifically make time for the NFL and other sports I watch. I’m not being critical of anyone else who watches these leagues.
  14. Fantastic post! Not sure how the negative ninnies will react but I love it!
  15. I think Dorsey deserves a pass for last season. The OL was shite. We still scored almost at will until Cinci. I’m very excited to see this offense.
  16. Kincaid will wind up being the steal of this draft. He is going to make Josh and the entire offense so much better. Dorsey is probably frothing at the mouth.
  17. You missed a G or two. I just can’t for the life of me decide to spend any of my free time watching this product.
  18. That was really good!
  19. Totally agree — wait, what?
  20. You new here?
  21. Flights, four nights in London, and four nights in Paris booked. Can’t wait.
  22. For the love of baby jesus please move this ***** to OTW
  23. I feel like you're probably in the minority but perhaps not. Even as a kid, I dreamed of the days the Bills would be good enough to be on Monday Night Football. Regardless, everyone has their routine and I understand that.
  24. LOL of course it's ok. When the Bills aren't playing Sundays at 1 pm it actually frees me up, though. If I want to watch football I can (Red Zone, flipping around to different games) but while the weather is nice I can also go golfing without worrying about missing our game. To each his own. I love prime time games.
  25. We waited for two decades to have a relevant franchise, and now that they are "must see TV" and play in prime time those same fans cry about the games not being on Sunday at 1 pm. This **** place never ceases to amaze me. Are the games past your bedtime? You don't like being the only show in town? This is a friggin' GREAT opener and I can't wait.
