  1. My bad, it's hard to keep up with the scads of Allen-despisers around here. My apologies!
  2. I don't know, man. I mean, Wilson is such a smart passer and a true student of the game. He is a passer first and runner second. I don't see Lamar becoming that sort of player; I think he'll go as long as his legs allow him to, but if it gets to the point where teams can force him to be a pocket passer I don't believe he will be half the QB Wilson is. Wilson is a HOFer. Lamar is at this point a novelty, and we don't know what his shelf life will be.
  3. I'll bite this one time. If you are speaking in general terms about an organization always looking for talent even when they have a good starter then I understand the statement somewhat. If you're inferring that everyone in the organization knows or should have known Allen won't be successful in the NFL the day after they drafted him, well then you're an idiot (apologies to @DC Tom but the moniker fits).
  4. It's a shame these voters don't know the Bills will be looking for a QB by this time next year.
  5. You're right! Good memory.
  6. He IS a meathead. He’s a typical idiot from Cheektovegas who just happened to be big and good at football.
  7. Those wins against the Giants and Skins are going to come back to haunt us.
  8. What RB did Denver have that year who ran all over us that game...was it Sammy Winder? I remember being there like it was yesterday...took a first date to the game and got lucky afterwards.
  9. Not trying to come off as a Daboll apologist, but he explained after the game that the Browns were selling out to stop the run. Plays were there to be made against Cleveland, the Bills just didn’t make enough of them.
  10. And this paddle ball game.
  11. I've heard of Mighty Sam Young. The others? Not so much.
  12. And the Eagles game, and the first Pats*** game.
  13. Yeah, give me 11 with Singletary/Knox or 12 adding Kroft. Enough of this "heavy" crap.
  14. All I know is that if we go 13-3 we're in, and we have a >60% shot at a bye.
  15. Well I figured you're grown up by now.
  16. How's life on the 2nd floor these days?
  17. "The Dolphins are now likely in the market for a new lead running back starting in 2020. Kalen Ballage has assumed that role in Walton's absence with little success, averaging just 1.9 yards per carry. Patrick Laird and Myles Gaskin have received limited reps behind Ballage. The trio, along with De'Lance Turner, will carry the load for the rest of the season." Damn. Talk about an empty cupboard!
  18. I hope those kids don't stay on your lawn for too much longer...
  19. And you're the reincarnation of whom? This is called taking some extreme liberties with the facts.
  20. Days like this past Sunday must make you miserable.
  21. LOL. You think Frank Gore and Lorax have anything to do with that? And so we don't overreact to this statistic the Bills' average age at cutdown was 26.3 and the youngest team (Miami) was 25.2. The Pats*** are the oldest at 27.0. The Bills are very young in a lot of key areas -- QB, RB, TE, LB, DT, CB
  22. So it looks like the Broncos' O is horrible on 3rd down and horrible in the red zone. Plays to our defensive strengths pretty well I'd say. Take the under in a 23-10 Buffalo win.
  23. Why do some feel the incessant need to compare teams from different organizations and different years? Each year and each team face different circumstances and are made up of different players and coaches. I don't know what purpose it serves unless you're simply trying to "rank" all-time best or worst squads. Young QB and good defense. Those are the only two parallels that can be drawn between the '19 Bills and '18 Bears. And by themselves they say absolutely nothing.
