  1. Yesterday was a big game for Knox...made some plays and NO DROPS. If he becomes confident with his hands he has the potential to really hurt teams.
  2. If only we had a #1... I kid, I kid, of course it would be nice to have another stud to complement Brown but after 10 weeks you can no longer say it's a fluke. The dude can ball and isn't just a "deep threat."
  3. Big of you to finally come around and admit your mistake.
  4. Which is a pretty funny statement, because what else would he say? There's certainly a difference between "football intelligence" and simply possessing general knowledge or an analytical mind. Lamar seems to have football intelligence in great supply. I do also think there is something to be said for not being "too smart" to just play the game. Smart people tend to over-analyze things, whereas a guy who's not as smart might just move on to the next play.
  5. You know what PFF is short for? Pffffft.
  6. Let that statement sink in. Wow.
  7. Nah, most of us thought it looked easy. I even started a thread about how I couldn't talk myself out of at least 10-6 for this team based largely upon the schedule.
  8. I know, he literally had all day at times. I wonder what his average snap-to-throw time was yesterday.
  9. You can check on progress here ... looks like it will be ready to me.
  10. The Bills will definitely be at Arizona and at San Fran. Seattle and the Rams will be in Buffalo. As for the AFC West, if we look at the matchups from two seasons ago I'm guessing the Bills will play at Denver and at Oakland/Vegas, and have KC and the Chargers at home. Vegas road trip sounds like a must. Anyway, the schedule is the schedule. You play who's in front of you.
  11. Edited for clarity.
  12. I think that means a lot of "sharp" money came in on the Bills early.
  13. It struck me as a bit odd yesterday that the Fish defenders seemed to be very vocal and demonstrative, even after routine plays. They were jawing non-stop, flexing their muscles, and it was kind of funny since the Bills pretty much had their way with them. Am I alone in noticing that?
  14. The Bills-Ravens game in OP on 12/8 should be a blast. I like that Buffalo gets an extra couple of days of prep for this one.
  15. I think Lamar is defining what it means to "play fearless."
  16. No question. They can't go into this game with Cody as the only option at RT.
  17. I know, right? To his credit he went 100% "all in" on Lamar and this style of offense. Once you get past Belichick it's hard to rank anyone ahead of him.
  18. Yeah, at this point it's clear I was pretty wrong about Jackson as well. It will remain to be seen if he and the Ravens' offense can keep this up but it's remarkable what we are witnessing.
  19. They sure let a team led by QB Driskel hang around. Are people really looking at Dallas as a game the Bills can't win? Their resume is only slightly more impressive than Buffalo's since they did beat the Eagles, but they are hardly world-beaters.
  20. Man, you must have had a really bad day yesterday.
  21. Throw out the Pats*** game and Josh has accounted for 19 TDs against 7 turnovers in the other 9 games. He hasn't thrown a pick in 5 weeks. And even if we keep the Pats*** game it's still 20/10. Over 60% completion percentage. Consistent enough for ya?
  22. Yeah, I'm leaning this way as well. I posted it in another thread, but despite pretty horrific QB play the Broncos have been in almost every game and have found excruciating ways to lose. A few bounces and this could be a 7=3 or 6-4 team. It will not likely be an "easy" win next week.
  23. No, the Bills didn't generally lose late. The Broncos have had a number of absolutely gut-wrenching defeats this season.
  24. Brown is doing everything a #1 does. But we will continue to have fans insisting he’s not good enough.
  25. That’s been their whole season. Can’t recall seeing teams lose late as many ways as they have.
