  1. Bates. I think they really like that guy. This is how completely unfounded rumors start. Stop it.
  2. The way all of the rules are designed to protect QBs, there's no reason to believe more won't be able to play into their late 30s/early 40s.
  3. Yolo beat me to it (not surprising). The only guys not in the building are those on the official COVID list.
  4. I haven’t agreed with you often recently but this is spot on. There are 15 teams I despise in the AFC. I don’t even root for the AFC in the Super Bowl.
  5. You're right! I'll correct it.
  6. Ahh, to be back in 2013 again...
  7. You made an asinine statement that the Bills are "hiding" Josh Allen. It's dumb, and you should be called out for it. Remember those 4th quarter comebacks you and others want to ignore? Remember the 4th quarter QB rating? Yeah, the Bills are hiding Josh and won in spite of him. Keep smoking whatever you're smoking, man, because it must be some good stojan. And please also spare us the "I really hope Josh is the man, really I do" crap when all you want to do is keep harping on his lack of dominant college performances as your explanation for why he won't be successful in the NFL.
  8. Dude. Get off the sauce. There's a difference between developing a QB and "hiding" him. There isn't a single throw Daboll is afraid to let Josh make.
  9. Anyone who believes AB wrote that post is a fool. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This would be what, the 4th or 5th time?
  10. I am as certain of this as just about anything in football right now. He will be the story of the season (if they play). If they don't play, his breakout will come in 2021.
  11. Isn't Bates a good backup C option?
  12. I think the Bills will wind up being one of the best-prepared teams at dealing with all of this. The question is whether the rest of the league does a good enough job that games can be played.
  13. Right, and that was the case even before this setback. People need to come to grips with the fact that Duke was a kinda nice story but this team has more talent now. He had his chance in the playoff game and didn’t come through.
  14. Just the opposite, Bill -- my mind has been opened wide to a lot of things I conveniently have never had to address in my privileged white life.
  15. If you think that every social justice movement is going to be lovely, peaceful, and involve no mistakes or incidents, I just don’t know what to tell you. We don’t use isolated incidents to try and (unsuccessfully) prove a larger point. Have a nice day.
  16. If so, it would have only been because of the number of racists in Buffalo. Your take is ignorant. Anyone who says “all lives matter” as a retort to BLM simply doesn’t get it.
  17. @machine gun kelly Duke didn’t opt out, he was placed on the COVID list.
  18. The Singletary/Moss touch ratio will wind up at around 70/30, I think.
  19. Not sure what your agenda is, but calling Allen injury prone in the NFL is inaccurate.
  20. Give him a break. I have plenty of friends who are Mecks a cans also.
  21. Ridiculous comparison. Tua hasn't played a down of football since his injury. I think 2+ years of a predominantly healthy NFL history supports my opinion concerning Josh Allen.
  22. Not in the pros he doesn't. One freak hit on his elbow, and a head-knocker. I'm going to continue to ignore what happened in college and focus on recent history.
  23. I think the Bills were ready to move on from Star after this season, and it sucks that he will now have such a huge dead cap hit if they cut him in 2021. For him, though, it was probably the smart thing to do.
