It's not strange at all...you want to eviscerate Beane for a bad pick three years ago, and my question is "what is he supposed to do?" He turned chicken s-h-i-t just a couple of months ago into a 5th round draft pick -- something NOBODY on this board would have thought possible. If that's not acknowledging your mistake and turning it into a positive moving forward I don't know what is. What point are YOU trying to prove, other than to be a contrarian?

I don't think so. Singletary has looked really explosive and shifty the last two weeks. I think he's going to be terrific in this offense. Moss is going to be the short yardage/change of pace guy, and Cook will play a lot as a receiver. When is Singletary's deal up? I see Cook developing into a primary back.

Agree, man. I don't understand the "trade Moss" movement. He was not healthy last year, and a Motor/Moss/Cook combo makes this backfield pretty scary. That said, I don't think the Bills give Motor or Moss 2nd contracts. I'll reserve my right to opine on Cook until he has played a regular season snap.

Does anyone think Brandon Beane is sitting at his desk right now kicking himself for "wasting" a 2nd round pick on Cody Ford? F**k no, he isn't. He doesn't live in the past and he is smart enough to know that talent evaluators make mistakes in the NFL. The key to thriving is to move on from your mistakes and maximize your return. We have a top 5 NFL GM and should all be thanking our lucky stars for it. Sorry he missed on a couple of picks/FAs -- we have the best friggin' roster in the NFL and a superstar QB that Beane hand-picked. Carry on.
