Beating the Colts and 49ers is hardly any reason to think that they will win their division or even make the playoffs... Being marginally better than the Bills are today isn't saying much...

I'd hardly call 13 million "Cheap" especially for a player who has been somewhat injury prone his 1st three seasons... And "tagging him" thereafter is hardly a great option either (especially after that 1st "tag")

I believe the poster said that Watkins was "injury prone" - NOT "Concussion Prone"...

That is the problem with Watkins... He will flash "Elite Talent" and then get injured again... And the 49er defense is ranked where? Please - lets be real here.... Let the season play out before trying to decide who got the better of the trade...

Beane may have said that the Bills are not "tanking" just like he denied that the Bills are "rebuilding", but obviously they are. I see that the Jets are also denying that they are "tanking" - just off to a slow start! I don't think that the NFL would be happy with either team if they came right out and admitted that they were/are tanking. This is not the NHL after all.

Personally, I think saving 10 million dollars in salary next season is a darned good reason to cut TT at the end of this season. Does anyone but his most vehement supporters think he will earn the 15 million he will be paid this season?

No one knows what the coaches really think at this point. But it is reasonable to assume that TT will have until the bye week before the coaches would probrably make a change to Peterman... That gives Peterman a good month of the season to observe and learn what he needs to get down before he can be given the keys to the car, so to speak... I don't expect greatness to be sure... but even another Trent Edwards type would be better than what the Bills are getting from TT right now... I do remember the "so called experts" touting that Peterman was supposedly the most "QB Ready" of this years QBs... We'll find out how ready he is... He may even steal a win or two that TT would not... More than likely, the Bills draft the best young QB they can get at this years upcoming draft... Maybe they will end up with two bright young QB prospects on next years roster... Wouldn't that be a nice change...

Wouldn't be surprised to see Peterman start after the Bye week...

I don't place too much emphasis on anything we have seen yet on most any of these players on the roster... Like it or not we are in the midst of a classic REBUILD. There will be alot more roster changes on this team by next season and the season after that. Call it a purge if you will. It's not a particularly young roster to begin with and this team is building for the future. Wouldn't be surprised for example if Dareus is gone in two years - or less... Shady is not getting any younger though he is still incredible to watch play... A new QB in next years draft... Lots of changes coming... Let's see how Lawson and all these players develop this season...

Actually, that first season, it was constantly referred to as "the stadium in Orchard park, NY"...

I agree with most of what u say here except for the part about "Everyone" thinking that the Bills were good last year. I, and many others that I know, thought the Bills sucked last year from early on. Many of us thought the Bills butchered last years draft for example. And subsequent events proved us to be right. If the Jets are SO putrid as many of us believe, than beating them by any margin is simply irrelevant. The Bills could easily be 1-4 by their Bye week. That is a very real possibility in my estimation. So enjoy the game if they manage to win (by whatever score it happens to be) but keep in mind the meaninglessness of that one win, if they lose the next four...

So when is the last time you were put in handcuffs and laying on the ground when a PO came over to you and threatened to blow your head off? And of course you are NOT black i presume....

I never mentioned nor inferred in any way anything about Logan Thomas winning the Super Bowl... I also doubt that you would find too many on this site who would agree with you that the Bills could even beat the lowly Jets with Logan Thomas playing QB either... I suggest you take your own advice about READING COMPREHENSION since you brought that topic up my friend... The Bills are very capable of losing to the lowly Jets... As I recall they lost to the lowly Jets twice last year alone...

Actually, with the low mentality of a sizeable number of american citizens these days, I wouldn't be at all surprised if a sizeable percentage actually believe the "flat earth" nonsense.
