  1. C'mon you don't think I was suggesting the entire show be about Mr. Wilson do you? They do a ton of takeaways where they visit a player with his family at home, or a player gets married, or a road trip. The M.C. gives all kinds of story lines within the confines of following an NFL team through its training camp. I'm saying this show could be a creatively tasteful way to honor Mr. Wilson. I also suggested this could be possible because the thought is teams don't want to participate and the NFL will eventually mandate a team to be involved. I thought the NFL and HBO could have a nice pitch if it's sold to the Bills as "we'll do a nice job of honoring Ralph Wilson".
  2. I was just thinking that with the passing of Mr. Wilson the league and maybe now the team may find it to be apropos to use the hard knocks forum to celebrate his life. I could imagine some very emotional story lines that could develop from the commentary portion of the show. I think the potential touching way this could be done could diminish the distraction portion of what hard knocks can bring and make the team rally around the message of playing for Ralph.
  3. Admittedly I haven't seen Barr play much, but I have to tell you based on that he does appear to play very physical. In saying that Maybin was destroying QB's in his highlight reel too, then coupled with his pursuit it sure looked impressive. I actually think even in this reel he looks very very similar to him.
  4. I do You would trust a group from Toronto or California to keep them here over Trump?
  5. I get that but don't you think the NFL has that rule for a reason and just might find out it's been transferred to kin? In addition I'm sure there's all kinds of other issues surrounding just "transferring" around a $250 million business. Part and parcel why Ralph couldn't just sell it wink wink before he passed. These two statements kind of indicate both sides of our argument. “As long as the family has the ownership of the Bruins, they can’t own anything related to the Bills,” said Wendy Watkins, a Delaware North spokeswoman. To which Jacobs’ son, Jeremy Jr., said: “That said, we will do what we can to ensure that the Bills stay in this town.”
  6. I hardly see this as them being "front runners". They'd have to sell the Bruins. We have no idea how loyal they are to that franchise and part of the country.
  7. Now you sound like Cuban and Trump.
  8. That's insane. Everyone in the financial market knows if you're worth more than what your trying to buy it's a no brainer you can afford it. People buy houses every minute in this country and aren't worth a tenth of the price.
  9. Williams makes us better if EJ progresses? Why not Williams should help EJ progress? Why is "Trust me TBD folks, we upgraded at WR the other day?", a question? What exactly is a strong but silent free agency?
  10. I'm very surprised this hasn't been brought up.
  11. Obviously took a ton of work but once the work is done, it looks like it wouldn't be terribly difficult to tear down and move.
  12. Yeah what's he ever done that turned into class? (obvious joke)
  13. Why does the loss of Byrd convince you were going defensive end? I assume you mean since we're weaker in the backfield the way you help it is get a better pass rush, but you didn't say that.
  14. Since you believe this it's almost a certainty to not happen.
  15. See Buffalo Barbarian's comment above. That's what I think too.
  16. Selling out games has next to nothing to do with whether the team moves or stays.
  17. I don't think they should pass on any of the players selected before them.
  18. I believe this to be true as well, especially when it would be a "bidding war".
  19. You seem like a really good dude, but you come up with some of the most unrealistic scenarios - a lot.
