  1. Name 3-4 of the players that signed you wanted. So far I haven't seen one. In my opinion this is a weak free agency class and I'm glad the Bills aren't spending just to spend.
  2. Polian has been shocked at how high the market is for CB's so I'm not sure where the value is there. So far there isn't one player I wish we would have signed for the money they got.
  3. I think whoever may give Byrd 8-9 or even 10 million per year is going to find themselves making a huge mistake.
  4. 1 year 3.5 million. http://nfl.si.com/2014/03/10/louis-delmas-miami-dolphins-jairus-byrd-free-agency/
  5. You think we'd get him for a million less than Manny Lawson? You seem to think 3 million is a large offer by saying "I truly believe he is worth that much".
  6. To your point I think they let talent leave as much as any team in the league.
  7. I agree that if either of the tackles end up being Buffalo Bills we're lucky to get them. Would you put Glenn or Matthews on the right side?
  8. I got Evans, ASJ, and Borland.
  9. I disagree. I think the Bills are a very nicely talented team poised to win if EJ emerges.
  10. Why would a realist care about our opinion on free agency?
  11. Obviously fella you don't realize I'm not the one that said that. It's in quotations. Clearly I was saying that Kellyto83TD said it in a prior post.
  12. Why would you wonder who Buffalo is calling after saying stuff like this? "I really need for fans to please, PLEASE after all these years and ralph owning the team for 50+ years to finally come to grips with something. Even if we had 100 million under the cap, we won't spend it. Ralph and more importantly Jeffery Littman will not allow it. and when the cap hits say 160 mill in 3 years or so it won't matter if we have 10 million under or 50 million under, Buffalo won't have the money to spend that much. I still think the league is going to rid themselves of teams that have proven that they can't stay competitive in today's market but increase the number of roster spots per team. I can easily see us going back to 28 teams. If a team is costing the league money (extra revenue sharing but not putting much if any back in) then the right business move is to cut those teams."
  13. I never said we were looking at Bethea.
  14. What he does outstanding is support the run and tackle. Maybe that's more of what they're looking for, if so I'd think he's on their radar.
  15. So simple - I just didn't think. Thanks for the explanation.
  16. West Seneca or East Seneca?
  17. The part I didn't know was that they don't have to wait until free agency starts.
  18. The key to this being somewhat interesting is that he said it to Fred. It would be meaningless if he said that on ESPN or some other media outlet.
  19. I fear the scenario of Watkins, Mack, and Evans being gone and none of the QB's taken.
  20. Welcome to the Buffalo Bills Mike Evans.
  21. Frankly I don't understand why players don't accept these type of contracts. It makes them high paying in the front end and then the pay seemingly drops off at the appropriate time the play does. Seems to me they'd have a better chance collecting the back end of contracts.
  22. What's why you're saying Mike Evans?
  23. I don't think this is known at all. I think the consensuses is that there aren't any "franchise" type quarterbacks in this draft and that most will be projects they hope to develop into "franchise" QB's. When that's the feeling there's always a good possibility that none get drafted in the top 5.
  24. Yes, most were running to Seattle after their 7-9 record in 2010 asking for no upfront money just to be there.
