I remember on hard knocks there was a huge emphasis on full backs by Rex. I'm by no means an expert but the NFL has clearly gotten away from using a FB except for short yardage and goal line situations but I see a return to using one coming to Buffalo on 1st and 2nd down.

I'm with the other posters that believe we've already made a "big splash" but that doesn't mean we are done either. I think it's all about TE and OL at this point and if something were to happen with a QB that can't be predicted we'd be interested. No doubt the vision is clear - run the ball, play great defense, expect the QB that wins the job to take care of the ball and let the outstanding weapons we have on offense to make the plays. I think there's such a thing as letting Sammy and Shady dominate vs expecting the QB to do it.

Yeah I'm with you on this. For some reason Chip has completely turned me off with his arrogance, not that I was wild about him, but he was an interesting guy to watch. I'd be utterly frustrated if I was an Eagles fan because every player that perfectly fits his scheme he gets rid of. He's the perfect example of why an organization goes down a slippery slop giving that much personnel power to a coach. I'm as content as I've been since the glory years with our FO and it's relationship with the coaching staff. They appear to be working in harmony.

Reports say Browner was told he can shop his value because the Pats don't want to pay his 2mil roster bonus. He's the guy I'd go after.
