  1. I completely disagree on your evaluation of both QB's. I think Kaep is in that 13-16 range - but he's getting better and better - and you can't compare EJ to any of those QB's in the 13-20 range because they've played so much more. I'd also argue Kaep has far less to work with and he throws a lot less. For example Tannehill threw 590 times compared to Kaep's 478 and only had 600 more yards (5.35 yds per throw for Kaep on 112 more attemps ties him). EJ has played 15 games and Kaep 45 - you simply cannot compare careers in a meaningful way. I think EJ wins the job and throws for 4,000 yards.
  2. I read some of your stuff man, but I do think it's at minimum tacky to come here to try and get people to your site. I don't think you'd like it if people did that to you on yours.
  3. Funny I was thinking the exact same thing about a Month ago when I saw him holding a mic. He just looked worn out and tired - it's like he's trying too hard to fit in with the "new media" that it's making him look awfully uncomfortable. I loved his professional honesty back in the day - now it just looks engineered.
  4. Perfectly said and exactly right.
  5. I don't like Cassel at all - I just don't think he brings anything except being around. In saying that it's kind of too late to do something like that IMO.
  6. Why should he even have to ask?
  7. Nothing? Love how people like to act like drugs never play a part in anything to fill their anything goes agenda. “I’m not a dope fiend. I can say no. I just chose not to,” Richardson said. “I was in a depressing time in my offseason. That’s just that. It’s that simple. But there’s money on the line. My money is worth more than some weed. It is what it is.” “very strong odor” of burned marijuana.
  8. Of course, but it would seem reasonable to assume if it was legal the smoking and driving would increase more than it's likely it would stay the same or decrease.
  9. If it was legal it wouldn't compound the punishment. That's scary to think about....
  10. The window of opportunity is closing? I don't think so - that window was just cracked open a few years ago and just got opened all the way this year, it's going to let fresh air in for a while.
  11. See, there's so many positive things that would come out of making it legal to smoke pot.
  12. Less because you're not factoring in the math of moving up. Maybe this will help you. Bills got 4th overall pick - 1,800 points Bills gave 9th overall (1,350), 2015 1st round pick (19) (875 points), and 2015 4th round pick (115) (64 points) - 2,289 points We gave the equivalent of a 2nd round 41st overall pick to get Sammy Watkins (489 points) We win!!!!
  13. So what do you think our record will be this year? Oh sorry, we went 9-7 last year, that's all we're allowed to say.
  14. What really bothers me is what this is teaching the young players. It sends the message that if you prove yourself in this league you'll be treated with the respect that you know your body and know when to enter camp. It's totally ridiculous.
  15. Someone on here said "The devil wears hoodie" - that was hilarious too.
  16. Not until you say Sammy wasn't worth it. That's really what they want people to admit and they'll never stop.
  17. I would think him not being there preparing for camp with all the other coaches has to be harmful. I assume there's more to the job than just nothing happens because the players haven't practiced (there).
  18. I don't think there's any team without a great QB that you can say will definitely beat us. I know some will - but I believe we should be the favorite every time.
  19. Peyton Manning. I loved watching Favre too but I just love how Manning has represented himself all these years. Funny thing is during the our glory years in the late 80's til mid 90's I couldn't really like other QB's, RB's and WR's - I guess I was always wrapped up in our guys getting compared to them all and usually fighting for national respect - so while always knowing and respecting they were great I couldn't like them.
  20. I know plus we traded 2 picks and didn't get one in return. Plus we could have traded one of those other picks for 2 more picks so we essentially traded 4 picks for nothing.
  21. I couldn't disagree more. I'm in sales and if I need to come down 5% for a strategic reason I have to run it by my boss. He's not a salesman and his talent isn't diagnosing what all goes into what's needed to get an order - that's what they pay me to do. But I do have to explain myself to him so that he can approve of my analysis. I think it's perfectly legitimate for everyone under Russ to do the work and on big happenings he's involved. My boss and I work as a team - he trusts me to understand situations and only give up profit when it's strategically needed. It's important he knows so he can one answer any questions if our owner looks at the sale - and it gives me an opportunity to prove that I'm capable of understanding situations to build trust with my boss. I don't just need him to count the order totals and work on the layouts of our brochures.
  22. The symbolism of Maybin’s painting “Forty Million Dollar Slaves” is unmistakable. “Fans can’t really wrap their minds around all the elements” of being NFL property, he says. Yet the money he made not earned in terms of production freed his family who wanted to retire - and allows him to be a knucklehead artist. Yeah Aaron I guess I'm not smart enough to wrap my head around the slavery of being NFL property.
  23. 5'10" 195 playing at UT Martin, nah I'm good.
